Other questions please

Dear readers.

Here are some of the answer that I had prepared for an anonymous comment in DAP will relinquish the special rights of the Malay.

"Has the chinese stole from you?"

The Chinese like the Indians of Africa and Fiji are cultural chauvanists not willing to assimilate but to dominate at any cost. The answer is positive. Malaysia was known as the Federation of Malaya (Persekutuan Tanah Melayu), a name given to a federation of 11 states that existed from 31 January 1948 until 16 September 1963. Prior to world war 2, the concept of Ketuanan Melayu (Malay hegemony) was largely irrelevant at the time, as the Chinese and Indians, who formed almost half of the population, did not see themselves as citizens of Malaya.

A report by the British Permanent Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies in the early 1930s found that "the number of non-Malays who have adopted Malaya as their home is only a very small proportion of the whole population". A former British High Commissioner, Hugh Clifford, urged "everyone in this country [to] be mindful of the fact that this is a Malay country, and we British came here at the invitation of Their Highnesses the Malay Rulers, and it is our duty to help the Malays to rule their own country." The British government adopted an open "Pro-Malay" policy so that, in the words of High Commissioner Sir Laurence Guillemard, the Malays could be equipped "to take their proper place in the administrative and commercial life of these States."

The local-born non-Malay communities soon began agitating against the government's policies, and began demanding political representation. In 1936, the Malayan-born Indian community asked the British High Commissioner, Sir Shenton Thomas, to grant them a share of administrative appointments. Thomas rejected the request, stating, "...I do not know of any country in which what I might call a foreigner ... has ever been appointed to an administrative post."

"During the Japanese occupation period ... Malay national sentiment had become a reality; it was strongly anti-Chinese, and its rallying cry [was] 'Malaya for the Malays'..."

After World War II, the British announced the establishment of the Malayan Union. A large percentage of the Chinese and Indians — 83 and 75 percent, respectively — would qualify for citizenship under the jus soli principle applied by the Union, which would grant citizenship to all locally-born residents.

For what many commentators agree appears to be the first time, the Malays became politically conscious, organising rallies and marches to protest the Malayan Union's formation. At one such gathering, placards were hoisted, declaring that "Malaya Belongs to the Malays. We do not want the other races to be given the rights and privileges of the Malays."

Merdeka on the 31st August 1957

In 1961, Abdul Rahman mooted the idea of forming "Malaysia", which would consist of Brunei, Malaya, Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore, all of which had been British colonies. The reasoning behind this was that this would allow the central government to control and combat communist activities, especially in Singapore. It was also feared that if Singapore achieved independence, it would become a base for Chinese chauvinists to threaten Malayan sovereignty.

Malay leader was generous enough to confer citizenship to the non-Malays who were not qualified for citizenship in exchange for getting the independence from the British.

Alan Lennox-Boyd explained:

"Under this compromise, anyone who is now a citizen of the Federation or who was born in the Federation and is over 18, or is born there after 31st August next, will have citizenship of the Federation as a right."

The Secretary of State for the Colonies (Mr. Alan Lennox-Boyd), while debating our Independence Bill reported to the British Parliament:

"There were extreme views on the part of some sections of Malayan* (*I think when he said "Malayan", he was in fact referring to the Malays) opinion which are opposed to any political advance on the part of the Chinese people in Malaya. There were equally strong views held by some of the Chinese population demanding absolute jus soli citizenship for anybody born in the Federation and the complete abolition of any distinction between the races.

The constitutional Commission had to find a solution which would work and which would find general acceptance, and in our view it has fully succeeded in its task. The present Federation Constitution represents a genuine compromise worked out between differing sectors. The citizenship proposals, I believe, are a triumph of good sense and tolerance, amidst widely conflicting views, and I believe that the balance struck between Malay and Chinese has been found to he a wise balance.

The Dictionary.com explains compromise as:
- to make a compromise or compromises
- a settlement of differences by mutual concessions; an agreement reached by adjustment of conflicting or opposing claims, principles, etc., by reciprocal modification of demands.
- to expose or make vulnerable to danger, suspicion, scandal, etc.; jeopardize
- an endangering, esp. of reputation; exposure to danger, suspicion

Hence, the Malays are the ones who had compromised their position as the indigenous people in Malaysia (better known as the Federation of Malaya or Persekutuan Tanah Melayu before independence) by accepting the non-Malays as the citizen of Malaysia. Never bite the hand that feeds you.

"What have they done to you except quietly doing their work & paying taxes?"

The Malays have always been very respectful towards other races, even when we are being discriminated by them in every aspect of our daily lives. We will not feel the same kind of exasperation if they put a sock from questioning about the special Malay rights, being racist by having their own vernacular schools, bullying the Malay traders until they become bancrupt, or being racists in our everyday lives by what we can blatantly see in various vacancies ad or various ads looking for housemates that prefer Chinese in the respective newspapers owned by the Chinese.

We despise extremists or ultra Chinese racists in the DAP because they are constantly undermining and demeaning the Malays. If you want to know what have they (the ultra kiasu Malaysian Chinese) had done to us, let's take a good look at our country's history of who is the culprit that caused the 13th May 1969 bloody riot.

Food beverages and hospitality are two of Malaysia’s largest employers and contributors to its gross domestic product. Yet Malay participation in this lucrative field of economic activity is deliberately stiffled and curtailed. In the earlier days before people like Mahathir intervened, the Chinese middle men reduced Malay rice growers of the north to poverty.

"If Ah Beng works triple shifts to save up for his family, he deserves to be hated?"

In business, most of the richer Chinese racists are in monopoly of various businesses by being the middle men who supply goods to the third party. For example, the sugar supply. Why is it now that the supply of sugar are scarce? Are the Chinese boss who are in monopoly of this business, hiding the goods so that the people will feel the effect of their irresponsible actions?

This is just a trick to increase the sugar price when there are more demand than supply. It is a basic thing in economics that if the supply is scarce and the demand is high, then the price of that particular product will shoot up. Certain parties who are greedy and are making things worst are the people who are smuggling the goods to our neighbouring country.

Moreover, it is a well-known fact that the Chinese middle men that supply goods to a Chinese sundry shop will give them a 3 months credit compared to the higher price imposed to the Malay sundry trader that should pay in cash and the credit period is as much as a couple of weeks. This is blatant discrimination from the Chinese middle men. Will Middle Malaysia propogated by DAP be this bigoted as proven by the middle Chinese men?

"Americans have high income & make a lot of money, should we hate them too?"

Where have you been, man? Haven't you been reading or watching the news lately? Didn't you know that America is having an economic depression right now?

This is a quote from The Telegraph.

The labour force contracted by 661,000. This did not show up in the headline jobless rate because so many Americans dropped out of the system. The broad U6 category of unemployment rose to 17.3pc. That is the one that matters.

Here is one from a blog.

Brookings: In 2008, 91.6 million people—more than 30 percent of the nation’s population—fell below 200 percent of the federal poverty level. More individuals lived in families with incomes between 100 and 200 percent of poverty line (52.5 million) than below the poverty line (39.1 million) in 2008. Between 2000 and 2008, large suburbs saw the fastest growing low-income populations across community types and the greatest uptick in the share of the population living under 200 percent of poverty.

Read about it here, here and here.

The fact is that, if the American government haven't helped the economic situation in America, they would have been bancrupt by now. Read here.

"Do you really think umno, perkasa, gertak is really fighting for you? Or are they just using you?"

Your parents cared for you from when you were just a baby until you are an adult. Are your parents using you then so that you could use them now? Or is it the other way round?

UMNO was established to unite the Malays to fight against the formation of Malayan Union. UMNO was formed for the right reasons that is for the unity of the Malay race. However, in recent times, UMNO is seen to be more inclined towards helping a race that had already dominated the economy. Surely they are the ones who are in control of our economy, if year after year, in the top 10 list of the richest men in Malaysia, 8 are being held by the Chinese descendants.

Here's a quote from Tun Dr Mahathir:

“We hear a lot about demands by Chinese extremists questioning the provision of Malay special rights in the constitution, demanding an end to the NEP, reduction of quotas for Malay students. “They even say the Malays are also 'kaum pendatang' or immigrants. An article even claims that there is no such thing as a Malay race,” said the former premier. “It seems to many Malays that Umno is incapable of countering the attacks by Chinese extremists against the Malays,” he added.

Quoting from Tun Dr Mahathir about the "Melayu Bangkit" programme:

Speaking at a press conference at the office of the Perdana Global Peace Organisation, Mahathir said: "I did not plan to go there to stir up feelings between the different races, but to remind them that if we don't take care of this problem of race, we will repeat our mistake. I think if we forget our history, we will be punished by repeating the mistake over and over again."

Quote from Datuk Ibrahim Ali:

We also disagree that we should do away with the subsidy mentality. When you say "subsidy", it reflects on the Malay [Malaysians]. The years of the New Economic Policy (NEP) from 1974 until 1990 saw the country at its best economic growth. All we want is for the NEP's objective for the economic cake to be 30% for bumiputera. Now, non-bumiputera control almost 40% to 50%. But the bumiputera share is still stagnant. You can't include government-linked companies (GLCs). They are not owned directly by Malay [Malaysians] but by the government.

In terms of individual stakes, you see only one Malay [Malaysian], Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary, among the country's 10 richest men.

Quoting MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek:

"We don't encourage and we condemn such a gathering.

"It will just remind us of the dark days of May 13 and there is no need for that," he said during a press conference yesterday after chairing the MCA presidential council meeting.

"We feel that BN leaders should not attend the gathering to show that they are committed to the 1Malaysia concept."

For someone who is the President of MCA, who is supposed to be different from the ultra kiasu leader, he had just proven that he's the same as Lim Kit Siang. Read This is racist.

The meanings of the terms and its relationship

Communism : a social structure in which classes are abolished and property is commonly controlled, as well as a political philosophy and social movement that advocates and aims to create such a society. Karl Marx posited that communism would be the final stage in society, which would be achieved through a proletarian revolution and only possible after a transitional stage develops the productive forces, leading to a superabundance of goods and services.

New World Order : a conspiracy theory in which a group is conspiring to rule the world via world government and globalization

Illuminati : refers specifically to the Bavarian Illuminati, an Enlightenment-era secret society founded on May 1, 1776. In modern times it is also used to refer to a purported conspiratorial organization which acts as a shadowy "power behind the throne", allegedly controlling world affairs through present day governments and corporations, usually as a modern incarnation or continuation of the Bavarian Illuminati. In this context, Illuminati is often used in reference to a New World Order (NWO). Many conspiracy theorists believe the Illuminati are the masterminds behind events that will lead to the establishment of such a New World Order.

Symbol of Illuminati

PKR : People's Justice Party or in Malay Parti Keadilan Rakyat, often known simply as KeADILan. PKR is a centrist political party in Malaysia formed in 2003 by a merger of the National Justice Party and the older Malaysian People's Party. Notice the similarity between the symbol of Illuminati and the symbol of PKR?

DAP : Democratic Action Party, or DAP (Malay: Parti Tindakan Demokratik) is a secular, multi-racial, social democratic/democratic socialist Malaysian political party. DAP gained prominence for its advocacy of the "Malaysian Malaysia" concept. DAP was originally the Malaysian branch of the Singapore People's Action Party (PAP). The party formally registered itself as a democratic socialist party on March 18, 1966. DAP declared itself to be "irrevocably committed to the ideal of a free, democratic and socialist Malaysia, based on the principles of racial and religious equality, social and economic justice, and founded on the institution of parliamentary democracy. In October 1967, the DAP joined 55 other socialist parties belonging to the Socialist International (SI) at the SI International Conference in Zurich, Switzerland.

Socialist International : a worldwide organization of democratic socialist, social democratic, socialist, and labour political parties.

PAP : Parti Tindakan Rakyat; is the leading political party in Singapore. According to Diane Mauzy and R.S. Milne, most analysts of Singapore have discerned four major "ideologies" of the PAP: pragmatism, meritocracy, multiracialism, and Asian values or communitarianism.

Malaysian Malaysia : originally used in the early 1960s as the rallying motto of the Malaysian Solidarity Council, a confederation of political parties formed to oppose Article 153 of the Constitution of Malaysia. It is widely associated with Lee Kuan Yew, then leader of the People's Action Party (PAP), the prime constituent in the Malaysian Solidarity Convention; who was foremost a critic against the racial policy.

The conclusion is that Islam and Communism(DAP) cannot come together. Therefore, PAS is not a real Islamic party. PKR is the tool of Illuminati to promote NWO in Malaysia.

Dajal : Born in Israel and in the form of NWO?

Stop denying

Denial syndrome is rampage in Barisan Nasional, UMNO and its component parties. Instead of working together with UMNO to change for the better so that we can regain the support of the people, they are still making excuses and pointing fingers at others for whatever internal squabbling that is happening.

Dictionary.com states that denial is the refusal to recognize or acknowledge; a disowning or disavowal (from 7 of the other explanation of the word). This is the most appropriate meaning of the word for what I am about to say. It construe syndrome as a predictable, characteristic pattern of behavior, action, etc., that tends to occur under certain circumstances (from the 3 other explanation of the word).

MCA only won 37.5% of the total parliament seats contested. Gerakan was totally wiped out in Penang, though they are so sporting that Tan Sri Dr. Koh Tsu Koon gave Penang to Lim Guan Eng from DAP with smilling and happy faces. Is there something going on that we might not know of? A complot to administer at the Federal level by the Chinese regardless of their parties could be one reasonable theory.

Pie chart representing proportion of parliament seats won by contesting parties.

Look at the reality of the results from the 12th General election will you? Don't keep denying what is staring right at your face. The Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) and Gerakan saw their numbers reducing by half or more for both the state and federal seats. So what does that mean if not that the people are rejecting them because they are not doing their job.

I still remember that even the MIC President, Samy Vellu lost in the Sungai Siput Parliament seat because people wants new blood, and not the same rotten, useless face. MCA can recommend Donald Lim and Gan Ping Siew to be made senators all they want but in the end it is up to the decision of the BN Chairman, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. I warn you not to overstep your boundaries.

Simultaneously, Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu had been asked directly by the MIC Youth deputy chief, V. Mugilan to step down and be responsible for the poor performance of MIC in the March 2008 general election.

Samy Vellu is the person responsible to demand the resignation of the then president VT Sambanthan. The world is round. What you do to others, one day others will do the same to you. That is the moral of this story. You have to taste your own medicine for what you had done.

Therefore, it is so unfair that V. Mugilan is now sacked for his critics towards Samy Vellu that has no value. Dey thamby. Why are you still in a denial syndrome? The people have rejected you in the 2008 general election. If you can't cut the mustard anymore in MIC since you are rejected loud and clear by the people, why are you still being stubborn? Do you want to be MIC President until you are dead? If that is what it takes to get you out of MIC, I cross my fingers so that you will drop dead soon. Samy Vellu just go to hell!

One more thing is that a dark horse like KJ is now controlling Pemuda UMNO. This is not good for the party. He could be a devil's advocate to someone he seems to be fighting tooth and nail.

BN which consists of UMNO and other component parties must change from having this denial syndrome because you are only deluding yourself. The people are not fools. I am criticising you guys because I want BN to be better, not because I hate you. If I hate you, I won't give a damn.

Article 160 of the Constitution of Malaysia

Federal is pertaining to or of the nature of a union of states under a central government distinct from the individual governments of the separate states.

Constitution is the system of fundamental principles according to which a nation, state, corporation, or the like, is governed.

So, today we are going to learn a little bit of history for those who are blind to what our Federal Constitution is all about or for those who are trying their best to twist the facts of what is our Federal Constitution.

The absolute law of Malaysia is the Federal Constitution of Malaysia. The basis of this is the 1957 Constitution of the Federation of Malaya (Persekutuan Tanah Melayu). It grounded Malaysia as a federal constitutional elective monarch which means that the Head of State is the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. He is referred to as the King of Malaysia. This system is closely molded after the Westminster parliamentary system, a legacy of British colonial rule.

"Ketuanan Melayu" is the basis for the Federal Constitution of Malaysia. Bumiputera is a Malay term widely used in Malaysia, embracing indigenous people of the Malay Archipelago. A Malay is a Malaysian citizen born to a Malaysian couple who are citizens of Malaysia who professes to be a Muslim, speaks the Malay language on a daily basis, practising the Malay customs and living in Malaysia or Singapore. Though this does not apply to Singapore anymore since their independence from Malaysia in 1965.

The term masuk Melayu by a non-Malay converts to Islam means that he embraces Islam but it is termed masuk Melayu because of the close relationship between a Malay and Islam. Look at Article 160 of the Constitution of Malaysia.

Article 160: This article explains many terms that is used in the Constitution. This is related to the definition of a Malay under clause 2. Read more about Ketuanan Melayu here in ‘Ketuanan Melayu’ is constitutional and not repressing anyone’s rights.

In conclusion, Ketuanan Melayu is the base of our constitution since Article 150, Article 152, Article 153, Article 160 and Article 181 explained about the power of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the Malay language, the special rights of the Malay and the Malay ruler. I will explain each one of them later. Stay tuned.

The hooliganism of DAP supporters

Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar, the Deputy Chairman of SPR had this to say about the uncivilised behaviours of the DAP party agents and the candidate of that party.

"In Sibu the other day, one incident happened in the Officer Operation Room in Sibu when the handing over of the postal votes operation had been disturbed by the agents of the DAP party and the party's candidate himself. They spread rumours that we (SPR) delayed the counting when the disturbance was made by them (DAP).

"In Suarah Sibu civic centre on the 16th May, the DAP supporters shouted 'boo' at the SPR workers that was carrying in the polling box, then the supporters and their leaders at their whims and fancies trespassed a prohibited area and held a press conference.

"Why does the DAP leaders who was in the civic centre didn't control their supporters. This behaviour shown by DAP was the worst and so rude," he said.

Their hooliganism proves that they are not as democratic as they said they are. This country have rules and regulations and laws that must be followed by everyone. Nobody is above the law.

Meanwhile, the communist Chief Minister in Pulau Pinang is putting the blame of the flash flood that happened in a housing area in Balik Pulau yesterday on Perda (Penang Regional Development Authority).

Datuk Azhar Ibrahim, the Chairman of Perda said that Guan Eng should be giving help to the people in the affected area instead of putting the blame on someone else.

He also divulged that the state government's directive so that Perda stopped the project near that housing area until the drainage system is repaired will only affect the 216 low cost houses for the people and this shows that Guan Eng is not concerned about the poor people especially the Malays.

In Sarawak, William Ghani Bina, the joint-committee chairman of Teachers' Union Association of Sabah and Sarawak mentioned that special funding was needed to upgrade school facilities and resolve long-standing problems faced by rural teachers.

He who is also the President of Sarawak Teachers' Union (STU) was surprised that the minister was not aware of teh real situation and the problems faced by teachers in rural schools as STU had taken photos of the poor condition of the schools and the teachers quarters and sent them to the ministry 20 years ago.

Let's see now its 2010. If they had sent the report 20 years ago, it was in 1990. So this is the work or not doing the work by the one who had been appointed as the Minister of Education. Who was the Minister of Education then? Had he been so busy with his homosexual activities or being the foreign spy of the Jews that he had overlooked the report of the poor condition of the schools in Sarawak? Or did he just threw the report into the dustbin?

From 1985 to 1990, ANWAR IBRAHIM was the Minister of Education. Some of the stupid policies made by him is the bahasa BAKU, that is sounding a little bit like the Indonesian language. An honour to the most beloved lover perhaps? While serving as Minister of Education Anwar was elected President of the UNESCO General Conference (1991).

The role of secret societies towards NWO

Every country in this world is shrouded with racism issues. No country is free from it. That is the facts of life. Everyone is racist, every race is racist, nobody is free from. You are lying when you blatantly said that you are not racist.

A news report by The Guardian dated 21st April 1999 titled "Sixteen dead after high school massacre" is one example of extreme racism. Below are the excerpts from the article.

Cohn said one killer put a pistol to his head but did not shoot him. Instead, he said, the shooter turned his attention to a black student, saying, "I hate niggers." Cohn heard three shots but couldn't see what happened.

Sixteen-year-old Matt Good told the Denver Post that during the past year Harris had started wearing all black, spoke German, and was obsessed with anything German or about the Second World War. The local sheriff noted that yesterday was Adolf Hitler's birthday.

Nazism (Nationalsozialismus, National Socialism) was the ideology and practice of the Nazi Party and of Nazi Germany. It was a unique variety of fascism that involved biological racism and anti-Semitism. The concept of the Aryan race that was utilized by the Nazis stems from racial theories that claim that Europeans are the descendents of Indo-Aryan settlers, people of ancient India and ancient Persia.

Hitler saw the Jews as the 'biological root' of Bolshevism. Hitler and many Nazis were influenced by the notorious anti-Semitic book called "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion." Hitler blamed the Jews for Germany's defeat in World War I. He killed Communists, liberals, homosexuals, gypsies and many other groups, including millions of victims of warfare. Why he did is up for debate, but I'd guess a mixture of antisemitism and stereotypes of the as Jews as Communists, subsersives and all kinds of other things - as a means to an end.

Here is an example of Hitler's anti-Semitic racism from a speech given in Munich in July 1922: "His is no master people; he is an exploiter: the Jews are a people of robbers. He has never founded any civilization, though he has destroyed civilizations by the hundred...everything he has stolen. Foreign people, foreign workmen build him his temples, it is foreigners who create and work for him, it is foreigners who shed their blood for him."

Mein Kampf, English: My Struggle, is a book by Adolf Hitler. In Mein Kampf, Hitler uses the main thesis of "the Jewish peril," which speaks of an alleged Jewish conspiracy to gain world leadership. How true and observing he was because now there is a secret movement bent on a new government called the New World Order.

The Russian Government had banned Mein Kampf for its extremism. Russian extremists have attacked migrant workers from poor nations in Central Asia and the Caucasus who come to Russia and often have menial jobs and squalid living conditions, as well as African and Asian students and Russians who do not look Slavic. The ultra kiasu leaders are invited to go and live there. They will be given a red carpet treatment over there.

Christianity had traditionally blamed the death of Christ on the Jews. One can see in the Bible the statement that the Jews demanded the death of Jesus, and said, "let it be upon our heads and that of our children."

The Arabs and Jews fight. the Jews have been keeping a sense of hatred towards the Muslims when Muhammad (PBUH) was chosen as the offical last Prophet for humankind till eternity. They believe this problem among the Jews and the Arabs did not happen before Islam came.

One reason why Arabs hate Jews is because they believe that Jews have been oppressing the Palestinians and other Arabs, and that includes children, the elderly, and women, destroying homes and that this cannot be tolerated in the interests of world peace. Only Jews who hate and wanted to destroy Islam were the ones who cannot be tolerated by the Muslims. Muslims or the Arabs do not hate all Jews.

Antisemitism (also spelled anti-semitism or anti-Semitism) is prejudice against or hostility towards Semitic peoples, often rooted in hatred of their ethnic background, culture, and/or religion. This is also racism because there will be other people who are not Jews, who will consider the Jews as a threat to their race because of the New World Order.

In conspiracy theory, the term "New World Order" or "NWO" refers to the emergence of a bureaucratic collectivist one-world government.

Conspiracy theorists therefore believe that "the history of the world is the history of warfare between secret societies" for control of a New World Order.

Conspiracy theorists generally speculate that the New World Order is being implemented gradually, citing the formation of the U.S. Federal Reserve System in 1913; the League of Nations in 1919; the International Monetary Fund in 1944; the United Nations in 1945; the World Bank in 1945; the World Health Organization in 1948; the European Union and the euro currency in 1993; the World Trade Organization in 1998; and the African Union in 2002 as major milestones.

* New World Order (NWO) --> working towards establishing one government around the world by the most powerful and influential group of people.
