Report lodged over attack at ABU talk

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 24, 2012): The Anything But Umno (ABU) movement lodged a police report today over an atack by a group of youth during a talk in Klang on Saturday.

The attack occured at the Shah Alam City Council hall at Jalan Kebun leaving a 33-year-old member of the Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) badly injured. Hindraf was the co-organiser of the event.

The attack was also captured on video by those present.

Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia chief Badrul Hisham Shaharin, lodged the police report at noon at the Dang Wangi police station here.

He told reporters later that the police should investigate the incident and determine who were the culprits behind the attack.

Badrul Hisham, who is better known as Chegubard said members of the movement had spotted several of the attackers having a friendly chat with the police after the incident.

He claimed he had information that those behind the violence were Umno members.

"We are lodging the police report here because we have lost faith in Klang police who appeared to have done nothing to nab the attackers. We are confident the higher level in the police will look into this matter seriously. We are also taking this up with Suhakam today," he said.

Hindraf national coordinator W.Sambulingam said he was not shocked by the attack as his group had constantly faced such aggression from uniformed or plainclothes police personnel and other agent provocateurs.

"The video footages are evidence and the people can determine for themselves who are the aggressors when we hold such talks and gatherings. We do not condone violence." he added

Also present at the police station was ABU coordinator Haris Ibrahim and PSM secretary- general S Arutchelvan.

It is learnt that the report lodged by Badrul will be handed over to Selangor police for investigations.

The truth behind the story is that there was a provocation from Hindraf members during Maghrib prayers time where they were on purpose were making lots of noises and were flying Hindraf's flag.

This is actually just a challenge by Badrul Hisham who may have mala fide towards the police to bad mouth the police when he in a matter of fact was instigating the Hindraf members to provoke the kampung folks so that there will be a racial clash there.

Housewife found bludgeoned to death, man detained

SUNGAI PETANI: A man who reported to police that his wife died in a fall at their house in Taman Sejati Indah this morning, has been detained to facilitate investigations into her murder.

When a police team arrived at the couple's home in Jalan Indah 6 to investigate the report, it found the body of housewife K. Magapugie, 33, in the living room and covered with a cloth.

Initial investigations revealed she was bludgeoned to death.

Magapugie had sustained blows to the head, consistent to having been struck with a heavy object during a quarrel with a man about 5am.

State criminal investigation department chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zakaria Ahmad believed the 23-year-old suspect could shed light on the murder.

He said the police had earlier received a report about 9am, that Magapugie died after she had lost her balance and fallen at the house.

"Following investigations, we found injuries to the woman's head and several bruises on the body," he said when met by reporters at the house.

He said the body was sent to the Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital in Sungai Petani.

Leaders in Hindraf should be put in the I.S.A.

DPM wants firm action against Hindraf

CHANGLUN Feb 24 — Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin wants firm police action against a group calling itself Hindraf which is reported to be trying to hold a mass rally this Sunday.

He said that Hindraf, the Hindu Rights Action Force, had been banned and using or championing its name was in itself an offence.

"They (planners) know that they would need permission from the police (for such a rally),” he told reporters here.

Muhyiddin said it was up to police to “shape” the action to be taken, but they have to be firm against such activity as a rally by a banned organisation.

"If they act outside the law and disregard regulations, holding rallies and the like ... stern action should be taken,” Muhyiddin said.

He added that any attempt to revive a banned organisation must be viewed seriously.

In KUALA LUMPUR, Police said the planned gathering did not have a permit.

Kuala Lumpur police in statement said an application for the permit filed at the Dang Wangi police station was turned down on security grounds.

The gathering could affect public order and cause traffic congestion, the statement said, adding that the organisers had been notified the the planned assembly was not approved.

This Hindraf is not really looking after the welfare of the Indians but are more towards racism and trying to provoke something akin to the 13th May 1969 which had previously occured when DAP leaders and supporters provoked the Malays to get out from Kuala Lumpur.

This could be an indication that they want to provoke the Malays to the extend of setting off another racial clash, which this time could be between the Indians and the Malays with the communists in DAP, just smiling from behind because they are the real agent provocateurs who do not have to lift a finger to do their dirty job.

In conclusion, leaders of the opposition or NGOs that are more inclined towards the opposition which their sole purpose is to put Malaysia in the state of chaos, should be put under the I.S.A.

I am a Malaysian. But that statement needs to be qualified 99% of the time in this country.

I am an Indian Malaysian; and the only two times the fact that I am of the Indian persuasion did not matter was when I cast my vote. As an Indian Malaysian, my vote is counted as one, just like the vote of a Chinese Malaysian or any other; and when I slap down my passport in some foreign land.

I would love to vote on the basis of who will lead this country better and reduce the wastage and corruption that has become endemic in this land I love, but I cannot do that for a few simple reasons.

1. I am more likely to be killed by the authorities, either when and if I find myself in custody, or when some dude in blue decides to get some target practice done on the roads. Now, I have followed enough extra judicial killings to know that PAS/PKR/DAP will not raise much of a fuss if I am the victim but I do know for a fact that HINDRAF/HRP will.

2. I get thrown in the slammer for some reason or other, maybe I had witnessed a fellow Malaysian (Indian Malaysian to be exact) get beaten to death and decided to open my big mouth. Once again I know that PAS/PKR/DAP won't even pick up the phone, but HRP/HINDRAF will.

3. I had knocked some girl up before I was thrown into jail, and the poor girl now cannot get a birth certificate for the baby, as the daddy (yours truly) is busy learning how to survive on 800 calories a day behind bars. I know PAS/PKR/DAP won't even find out the name picked out for the baby, but HRP/HINDRAF will. Now if the girl decides to give up the baby, or she dies giving birth to it, PAS/PKR/DAP will have no issue with the baby now having a Bin/Binti in its name, but HRP/HINDRAF definitely will.

I believe you get my drift now.

So you say I should vote for PAS/PKR/DAP because of the greater good. Okay I will, with a couple of conditions.

Give it to me in writing that the next time I am at risk of getting shot or beaten to death by the police, one of you will come and take my place. Tell me that the next time I apply for a job in the private or public sector, you will give up yours so that I can have means of livelihood. Tell me the next time someone decides that I am not entitled to what another Malaysian is, because I am an Indian Malaysian, you will march on the streets and hound those responsible until things change for the better.

Tell me that, and I will give your beloved PAS/PKR/DAP my vote. If you cannot do that, there is an easier way for you to get my vote. Tell your PAS/PKR/DAP to sit down and talk to HRP, MCLM, KITA, UBF, SNAP and whoever else is out there who is anti BN. If you cannot even do that, I suggest you take your opinion on who I should vote for and stick it where the sun don't shine.

This is what I have to say to you PARIAH. You should be grateful to be living in Malaysia where you don't have to live on the streets like other PARIAHS in India.

You have your own vernacular school here, even though you are a minority. Even USA or Britain does not grant that kind of privilege to you PARIAH minorities who lived in their country.

Maybe we should follow USA and Britain and demolish all the vernacular schools and follow USA, Britain, Australia or even Indonesia.

The Chinese in Indonesia have to converse in Indonesian language. We do have to implement that in Malaysia soon so that PARIAHs like you will stop demanding stupid things because you are the minority.

Can you tell me which country in this world who is so kind that they are looking after the minorities in their country? Come on! Tell me!

Novel Interlok dibakar

KLANG 8 Jan. - Kira-kira 100 penduduk berketurunan India hari ini mengadakan demonstrasi sambil membakar novel Interlok di hadapan Dewan Sentosa, Majlis Perbandaran Klang (MPK) di sini.

Mereka yang mendesak kerajaan agar mengharamkan novel tersebut dan menarik balik keputusan menjadikannya sebagai buku teks mata pelajaran Sastera Bahasa Malaysia tingkatan lima di sekolah, turut membakar salinan gambar penulis novel itu, Sasterawan Negara Abdullah Hussain.

Sepanjang demonstrasi kira-kira sejam itu, kumpulan itu menaikkan poster antaranya tertulis, 'Hapuskan Interlok', 'Jangan Hina Kami' dan 'Fikir Dulu Sebelum Laksanakan' selain menggantungkan kasut pada replika novel itu sebelum membakarnya.

Malah, pada satu ketika, seorang lelaki yang gagal mengawal emosinya dilihat menampar gambar Abdullah dan menggelarkan beliau sebagai 'sasterawan bodoh'.

Turut hadir pada demonstrasi itu, Ahli Parlimen Kota Raja, Dr. Mariah Mahmud dan Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Kota Alam Shah, M. Manoharan.

Ketika bercakap kepada pemberita, Mariah berkata, pihaknya mengaku Interlok adalah karya yang hebat tetapi terdapat frasa yang begitu sensitif di kalangan masyarakat India di negara ini.

"Bagi saya, sebagai orang yang ada pendidikan tinggi tidak terasa apa-apa tetapi di kalangan orang biasa, dia baca rasa tersinggung dan terguris.

"Kalau begitu perasaan orang India kita perlu menghormati mereka, apa yang mereka minta ialah ia tidak dijadikan buku teks, ia boleh dijual sebagai novel tetapi tidak dibaca di sekolah kerana boleh membentuk pemikiran para pelajar," katanya.

Katanya, orang India di negara ini sekarang bertungkus lumus untuk tidak membesarkan isu kasta dan jika boleh, mereka mahu membesarkan anak-anak tanpa mengenal kasta.

"Sistem kasta adalah sejarah yang terlampau menghimpit orang India, jadi kita kena hormati mereka.

"Terpulang kepada pengarang (Interlok) kalau beliau tidak sanggup mengubah frasa terbabit, itu haknya tetapi menjadi tanggungjawab Kementerian Pelajaran untuk menghormati kaum India," katanya.

Sementara itu, Manoharan pula melontarkan pandangan berbeza apabila mahu kerajaan mengharamkan terus Interlok yang telah mula diterbitkan pada 1971 dan ia wajar dibakar selain tidak dijadikan sebagai buku teks.

"Buku (novel) ini harus diharamkan sama sekali kerana ia digunakan kepada pelajar tingkatan lima sebagai teks wajib, harus dianalisis dan terpaksa lulus dalam peperiksaan Bahasa Malaysia," katanya.

Beliau yang mengaku sudah dua kali membaca novel itu mendakwa, terdapat tulisan dalam karya tersebut menyatakan kaum India di negara ini semuanya berasal daripada kasta paria dan ia suatu yang amat sensitif.

Dalam hal ini, beliau membangkitkan konsep kesamarataan kaum dengan menyatakan:

"Kaum India tidak tergolong daripada mana-mana kasta, sebaliknya mereka adalah daripada kasta manusia."

Beliau marah apabila dalam Interlok dinyatakan kaum India yang datang ke Malaysia terdiri daripada keturunan Tamil, Telegu dan Malayalam dan kesemuanya adalah dari kasta paria.

If they are really from the human caste instead of pariah caste which originated from India, they would not behave like thugs or gangsters which are shown in the Tamil dramas and movies screened on TV.

You have to admit who you, pariahs really are, instead of denying it by looking at the history of the country. If you are not pariahs, why do you act like pariahs which is the lowest caste in India?

Mother of abused toddlers threatened at hospital by boyfriend and relatives

KLANG: A mother of two toddlers allegedly abused by her boyfriend is living in fear after being threatened by the man and his relatives yesterday at Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital here where her youngsters are recuperating.

"My daughter's safety is all I care about," said housewife T. Vijayaletchumy, 21, at the hospital's childrens ward where Nishalini Sere, two, and Harini, one, were being treated for injuries inflicted by the 28-year-old boyfriend for crying and refusing to speak to him.

When The Malay Mail was interviewing Vijayaletchumy, she insisted the two ward guards not leave her children and her alone.

Earlier yesterday, her boyfriend and his relatives attacked her verbally, causing a commotion at the hospital.

One of the guards said the relatives were livid at Vijayaletchumy for lodging a police report against the man.

"They would have hit her if we did not interfere. The boyfriend's family was out of control. They kept on asking her why she lodged a report as this had become a police case."

However, the guards did not alert the police of the verbal assault.

Police, who were still looking for the boyfriend, only came to know of the incident a few hours later.

Shah Alam police chief ACP Zahedi Ayob said the guards should have alerted them immediately so that police could detain the boyfriend for questioning. "We also urge the suspect to come forward voluntarily."

Last Friday, Vijayaletchumy lodged a report against the man, accusing him of abusing her daughters.

In her report, she alleged at 4pm last Wednesday at their rented flat in Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam, her boyfriend tied up the wrists of the two children before slapping and punching them.

Nishalini's eyes were swollen shut and her mouth was also swollen.

Harini had a bruised left eye and cuts to her mouth. The left arm of both children wer e fractured.

Vijayaletchumy said she had known her boyfriend for four months and he was drunk at the time of the assault.

Apart from the injuries, there were signs of old injuries on the toddlers' bodies, including burn marks which were healing.

Meanwhile, the Klang Welfare Department would be taking temporary care of the toddlers after their discharge from the hospital.

Sri Muda State assemblyman Shuhaimie Shafiei had contacted the Department last Friday to make arrangements after being alerted about the case by a worried neighbour who heard the toddlers' cries.

Police had given strict orders to the ward guards not to allow any visitors except Vijayaletchumy's family members. The guards were also told to immediately alert the police of any intruders.

In Malaysiakini, an article titled "Groups threaten to burn 'Interlok' books" just proves how barbaric these pariahs can be.

You are the pariah caste from India so just accept the fact that you are that. Why are you so ashamed of who you are because that is what you are?

The British brought you pariahs here to TANAH MELAYU or MALAYA to be their slaves, to work like a dog that you are in the rubber industry so that they can drain your ancestors energy to give them income from the rubber that you tapped.

If you want to blame or sue someone, blame and sue the British colonizers because they make you their slaves. They also did that so that Malaya will be under their colonisation for decades so that they can practice divide and rule when there are different races in Malaysia. The British were betting that the different races cannot unite so that they can hold on to Malaya and steal the produce here forever.

If you are not satisfied with the pariah caste that you are, go back to INDIA. See if you get a better treatment there. Better still go to UK and then burn your passports so that you will be illegals there and work as dishwashers.

Vaithilingam adds that the book also instills the idea among schoolchildren that the Indian and Chinese communities are 'pendatang (immigrants)'.

“It (the book) had made us look bad... it is degrading that we are labeled as paria, that we are poor struggling families and that we are immigrants,” he said.

“If it is fiction, then it's fine... But making it seem real and to make it a literature book for the children to learn? This is not the way,” he said.

“It (Interlok) implies that all Malaysian Indians are off the lowest caste, which is the 'pariah'. But that is clearly not true. So are all Indians 'pariah' just because our ancestors are from mainland?” he asked.

Vaithilingam added that that the book does not reflect Najib's 1Malaysia concept.

Pariah! Before you comment on something, make sure you understand what it is.

Look at the vision and mission of DAP's Malaysian Malaysia.

The vision of the party is to establish a peaceful and prosperous social democracy that can unite its disparate races and diverse religions and cultures based on:

1. a Malaysian Malaysia concept by forging Malaysian race with universal moral values,

2. offering equal access and opportunity;

3. democractic governance and rule of law;

4. creating wealth and distributing wealth equitably; and

5. fighting against corruption.

DAP is a splinter party from PAP in Singapore. PAP upholds communism. So does DAP. Whatever name it refers to Malaysian Malaysia or Middle Malaysia, it is still communism.

So before you complain about anyone being discriminative towards the pariahs, look at yourself and your pariah behaviour first. Those are some of the unpleasant facts that you wish to hide but it is happening in your community.

Any realistic Malaysian will feel afraid of any pariah what more with the case of a pariah lawyer who killed Datuk Sosilawati and many more which had been exposed last year.

Boycott all pariah because you will end up being a corpse if you make a deal with a pariah. Pariahs cannot see people get rich on their own accord, so they will lie to you, murder you in the most awful and unthinkable way by burning you with cow dung after stabbing you multiple times and steal your money to make themselves just as rich.

Go to hell with Hindraf, Human Rights Party and other Indian pariah being used by the opposition to destabilise Malaysia!!! The sooner the better.

P/s: A little bird told me that a few months back, a commotion happened in Sunway Mentari when a pariah who tried to steal a motorcycle was nearly caught by a policeman. He called his gang and beat up the police. That area had been monitored by the police after the incident. Fuck you, you pariahs!

Hindraf and PKR Gangster harassed Rohimi Osman's Press Conference

We can see how democracy is upheld by PKR when the gangsters from Hindraf ambushed a Press Conference by Rahimi Osman, the latest conspiracy/sodomy victim of Anwar Ibrahim.

10 Indian gangsters assaulted the press conference to the extend that Rahimi and his lawyer, Ramachandran a/l Subramaniam was not able to make their statements.

The policeman had been called in to disperse the gangster from Hindraf and PKR but they would not listen to the police.
