Let us remember what had caused the 13th May 1969 riot. Malay must not forget. The culprit behind it wants the Malays to forget so that they can do it all over again.

Denial syndrome is rampage in Barisan Nasional, UMNO and its component parties. Instead of working together with UMNO to change for the better so that we can regain the support of the people, they are still making excuses and pointing fingers at others for whatever internal squabbling that is happening.
Dictionary.com states that denial is the refusal to recognize or acknowledge; a disowning or disavowal (from 7 of the other explanation of the word). This is the most appropriate meaning of the word for what I am about to say. It construe syndrome as a predictable, characteristic pattern of behavior, action, etc., that tends to occur under certain circumstances (from the 3 other explanation of the word).
MCA only won 37.5% of the total parliament seats contested. Gerakan was totally wiped out in Penang, though they are so sporting that Tan Sri Dr. Koh Tsu Koon gave Penang to Lim Guan Eng from DAP with smilling and happy faces. Is there something going on that we might not know of? A complot to administer at the Federal level by the Chinese regardless of their parties could be one reasonable theory.
Pie chart representing proportion of parliament seats won by contesting parties.
Look at the reality of the results from the 12th General election will you? Don't keep denying what is staring right at your face. The Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) and Gerakan saw their numbers reducing by half or more for both the state and federal seats. So what does that mean if not that the people are rejecting them because they are not doing their job.
I still remember that even the MIC President, Samy Vellu lost in the Sungai Siput Parliament seat because people wants new blood, and not the same rotten, useless face. MCA can recommend Donald Lim and Gan Ping Siew to be made senators all they want but in the end it is up to the decision of the BN Chairman, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. I warn you not to overstep your boundaries.
Simultaneously, Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu had been asked directly by the MIC Youth deputy chief, V. Mugilan to step down and be responsible for the poor performance of MIC in the March 2008 general election.
Samy Vellu is the person responsible to demand the resignation of the then president VT Sambanthan. The world is round. What you do to others, one day others will do the same to you. That is the moral of this story. You have to taste your own medicine for what you had done.
Therefore, it is so unfair that V. Mugilan is now sacked for his critics towards Samy Vellu that has no value. Dey thamby. Why are you still in a denial syndrome? The people have rejected you in the 2008 general election. If you can't cut the mustard anymore in MIC since you are rejected loud and clear by the people, why are you still being stubborn? Do you want to be MIC President until you are dead? If that is what it takes to get you out of MIC, I cross my fingers so that you will drop dead soon. Samy Vellu just go to hell!
One more thing is that a dark horse like KJ is now controlling Pemuda UMNO. This is not good for the party. He could be a devil's advocate to someone he seems to be fighting tooth and nail.
BN which consists of UMNO and other component parties must change from having this denial syndrome because you are only deluding yourself. The people are not fools. I am criticising you guys because I want BN to be better, not because I hate you. If I hate you, I won't give a damn.
Federal is pertaining to or of the nature of a union of states under a central government distinct from the individual governments of the separate states.
Constitution is the system of fundamental principles according to which a nation, state, corporation, or the like, is governed.
So, today we are going to learn a little bit of history for those who are blind to what our Federal Constitution is all about or for those who are trying their best to twist the facts of what is our Federal Constitution.
The absolute law of Malaysia is the Federal Constitution of Malaysia. The basis of this is the 1957 Constitution of the Federation of Malaya (Persekutuan Tanah Melayu). It grounded Malaysia as a federal constitutional elective monarch which means that the Head of State is the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. He is referred to as the King of Malaysia. This system is closely molded after the Westminster parliamentary system, a legacy of British colonial rule.
"Ketuanan Melayu" is the basis for the Federal Constitution of Malaysia. Bumiputera is a Malay term widely used in Malaysia, embracing indigenous people of the Malay Archipelago. A Malay is a Malaysian citizen born to a Malaysian couple who are citizens of Malaysia who professes to be a Muslim, speaks the Malay language on a daily basis, practising the Malay customs and living in Malaysia or Singapore. Though this does not apply to Singapore anymore since their independence from Malaysia in 1965.
The term masuk Melayu by a non-Malay converts to Islam means that he embraces Islam but it is termed masuk Melayu because of the close relationship between a Malay and Islam. Look at Article 160 of the Constitution of Malaysia.
Article 160: This article explains many terms that is used in the Constitution. This is related to the definition of a Malay under clause 2. This article explained what is a Malay, its relationship to Islam and the usage of the Malay language. It also explained about a non-Malay rights after converting to Islam.
"If one of the parents is Muslim Malay as stated in Article 160 (2) Federal Constitution of Malaysia; thus the child is considered as a Bumiputra"

I will explain each one of them later. Stay tuned.
Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar, the Deputy Chairman of SPR had this to say about the uncivilised behaviours of the DAP party agents and the candidate of that party.
"In Sibu the other day, one incident happened in the Officer Operation Room in Sibu when the handing over of the postal votes operation had been disturbed by the agents of the DAP party and the party's candidate himself. They spread rumours that we (SPR) delayed the counting when the disturbance was made by them (DAP).
"In Suarah Sibu civic centre on the 16th May, the DAP supporters shouted 'boo' at the SPR workers that was carrying in the polling box, then the supporters and their leaders at their whims and fancies trespassed a prohibited area and held a press conference.
"Why does the DAP leaders who was in the civic centre didn't control their supporters. This behaviour shown by DAP was the worst and so rude," he said.
Their hooliganism proves that they are not as democratic as they said they are. This country have rules and regulations and laws that must be followed by everyone. Nobody is above the law.
Meanwhile, the communist Chief Minister in Pulau Pinang is putting the blame of the flash flood that happened in a housing area in Balik Pulau yesterday on Perda (Penang Regional Development Authority).
Datuk Azhar Ibrahim, the Chairman of Perda said that Guan Eng should be giving help to the people in the affected area instead of putting the blame on someone else.
He also divulged that the state government's directive so that Perda stopped the project near that housing area until the drainage system is repaired will only affect the 216 low cost houses for the people and this shows that Guan Eng is not concerned about the poor people especially the Malays.
In Sarawak, William Ghani Bina, the joint-committee chairman of Teachers' Union Association of Sabah and Sarawak mentioned that special funding was needed to upgrade school facilities and resolve long-standing problems faced by rural teachers.
He who is also the President of Sarawak Teachers' Union (STU) was surprised that the minister was not aware of teh real situation and the problems faced by teachers in rural schools as STU had taken photos of the poor condition of the schools and the teachers quarters and sent them to the ministry 20 years ago.
Let's see now its 2010. If they had sent the report 20 years ago, it was in 1990. So this is the work or not doing the work by the one who had been appointed as the Minister of Education. Who was the Minister of Education then? Had he been so busy with his homosexual activities or being the foreign spy of the Jews that he had overlooked the report of the poor condition of the schools in Sarawak? Or did he just threw the report into the dustbin?
From 1985 to 1990, ANWAR IBRAHIM was the Minister of Education. Some of the stupid policies made by him is the bahasa BAKU, that is sounding a little bit like the Indonesian language. An honour to the most beloved lover perhaps? While serving as Minister of Education Anwar was elected President of the UNESCO General Conference (1991).
Every country in this world is shrouded with racism issues. No country is free from it. That is the facts of life. Everyone is racist, every race is racist, nobody is free from. You are lying when you blatantly said that you are not racist.
A news report by The Guardian dated 21st April 1999 titled "Sixteen dead after high school massacre" is one example of extreme racism. Below are the excerpts from the article.
Cohn said one killer put a pistol to his head but did not shoot him. Instead, he said, the shooter turned his attention to a black student, saying, "I hate niggers." Cohn heard three shots but couldn't see what happened.
Sixteen-year-old Matt Good told the Denver Post that during the past year Harris had started wearing all black, spoke German, and was obsessed with anything German or about the Second World War. The local sheriff noted that yesterday was Adolf Hitler's birthday.
Nazism (Nationalsozialismus, National Socialism) was the ideology and practice of the Nazi Party and of Nazi Germany. It was a unique variety of fascism that involved biological racism and anti-Semitism. The concept of the Aryan race that was utilized by the Nazis stems from racial theories that claim that Europeans are the descendents of Indo-Aryan settlers, people of ancient India and ancient Persia.
Hitler saw the Jews as the 'biological root' of Bolshevism. Hitler and many Nazis were influenced by the notorious anti-Semitic book called "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion." Hitler blamed the Jews for Germany's defeat in World War I. He killed Communists, liberals, homosexuals, gypsies and many other groups, including millions of victims of warfare. Why he did is up for debate, but I'd guess a mixture of antisemitism and stereotypes of the as Jews as Communists, subsersives and all kinds of other things - as a means to an end.
Here is an example of Hitler's anti-Semitic racism from a speech given in Munich in July 1922: "His is no master people; he is an exploiter: the Jews are a people of robbers. He has never founded any civilization, though he has destroyed civilizations by the hundred...everything he has stolen. Foreign people, foreign workmen build him his temples, it is foreigners who create and work for him, it is foreigners who shed their blood for him."
Mein Kampf, English: My Struggle, is a book by Adolf Hitler. In Mein Kampf, Hitler uses the main thesis of "the Jewish peril," which speaks of an alleged Jewish conspiracy to gain world leadership. How true and observing he was because now there is a secret movement bent on a new government called the New World Order.
The Russian Government had banned Mein Kampf for its extremism. Russian extremists have attacked migrant workers from poor nations in Central Asia and the Caucasus who come to Russia and often have menial jobs and squalid living conditions, as well as African and Asian students and Russians who do not look Slavic. The ultra kiasu leaders are invited to go and live there. They will be given a red carpet treatment over there.
Christianity had traditionally blamed the death of Christ on the Jews. One can see in the Bible the statement that the Jews demanded the death of Jesus, and said, "let it be upon our heads and that of our children."
The Arabs and Jews fight. the Jews have been keeping a sense of hatred towards the Muslims when Muhammad (PBUH) was chosen as the offical last Prophet for humankind till eternity. They believe this problem among the Jews and the Arabs did not happen before Islam came.
One reason why Arabs hate Jews is because they believe that Jews have been oppressing the Palestinians and other Arabs, and that includes children, the elderly, and women, destroying homes and that this cannot be tolerated in the interests of world peace. Only Jews who hate and wanted to destroy Islam were the ones who cannot be tolerated by the Muslims. Muslims or the Arabs do not hate all Jews.
Antisemitism (also spelled anti-semitism or anti-Semitism) is prejudice against or hostility towards Semitic peoples, often rooted in hatred of their ethnic background, culture, and/or religion. This is also racism because there will be other people who are not Jews, who will consider the Jews as a threat to their race because of the New World Order.
In conspiracy theory, the term "New World Order" or "NWO" refers to the emergence of a bureaucratic collectivist one-world government.
Conspiracy theorists therefore believe that "the history of the world is the history of warfare between secret societies" for control of a New World Order.
Conspiracy theorists generally speculate that the New World Order is being implemented gradually, citing the formation of the U.S. Federal Reserve System in 1913; the League of Nations in 1919; the International Monetary Fund in 1944; the United Nations in 1945; the World Bank in 1945; the World Health Organization in 1948; the European Union and the euro currency in 1993; the World Trade Organization in 1998; and the African Union in 2002 as major milestones.
* New World Order (NWO) --> working towards establishing one government around the world by the most powerful and influential group of people.
This is the analysis from Time after the incident of 13th May 1969.
Western observers such as Time attributed the racial enmities to a political and economic system, which primarily benefited the upper classes:“ The Chinese and Indians resented Malay-backed plans favoring the majority, including one to make Malay the official school and government language. The poorer, more rural Malays became jealous of Chinese and Indian prosperity. Perhaps the Alliance's greatest failing was that it served to benefit primarily those at the top. ... For a Chinese or Indian who was not well-off, or for a Malay who was not well-connected, there was little largesse in the system. Even for those who were favored, hard feelings persisted. One towkay recently told a Malay official: "If it weren't for the Chinese, you Malays would be sitting on the floor without tables and chairs." Replied the official: "If I knew I could get every damned Chinaman out of the country, I would willingly go back to sitting on the floor.
This is what is happening in Thailand now when the armed forces had to impose a curfew due to the abandonment of the Red Shirt demonstrators who are anti government.
"But the rioting and fires continue to sweep the city. An 8pm curfew has been imposed in the city tonight to restore order."
We, as peace loving Malaysians rejects any form of violent outbreak by any quarters. We do not want a curfew imposed by the Thai security forces to happen here as well. And it could happen if the racism by the ultra kiasu party is left unchecked.
Do we want this to happen to Malaysia?
Read this excerpt on how the 13th May 1969 occur. It occured because of the arrogance of the ultra kiasu that cast mockery at the Malays just because they had won quite a substantial number of seats in the General Election held on 10 May 1969.
On 12 May, thousands of Chinese marched through Kuala Lumpur, parading through predominantly Malay areas, hurling insults which led to the incident. The largely Chinese opposition Democratic Action Party and Gerakan gained in the elections, and secured a police permit for a victory parade through a fixed route in Kuala Lumpur. However, the rowdy procession deviated from its route and headed through the Malay district of Kampung Baru, jeering at the inhabitants. Some demonstrators carried brooms, later alleged to symbolise the sweeping out of the Malays from Kuala Lumpur, while others chanted slogans about the "sinking" of the Alliance boat — the coalition's logo. The Gerakan party issued an apology on May 13 for their rally goers' behaviour.
If we don't want a repeat of this bloody 13th May, the racists statement that is uttered by the ultra kiasu leaders should be stopped in whatever way we must do to ensure the prosperity of our country to continue to flourish without any fear in the hearts of the people. Malays are not like those ultra kiasu who don't have any manners.
Now we are still putting up with the pressure and the provocation from the ultra kiasu party and their accomplice, but let me remind you that even a little kitten if it is being abused everyday to a boiling point, it will scratch out at you to defend itself. Please continue with the provocation but remember that you have to bear the consequences when the Malays have lost their temper and run amok like Hang Jebat.
No other country in this world had given so much to their minority as much as the Malays had given to the minority in this country. So take heed of my warning. When you have an axe to grind, until you had to come up with an ethnic cleansing bull, when the minority Chinese is controlling the economy of Malaysia, and every minority in this country have their own rights, why are you beating around the bush?
Drastic times call for drastic measures. That is why we have PERKASA to defend the Malays from the ultra kiasu. The minorities have many parties to defend their rights like DAP, Gerakan, MCA, MIC and many more. Maybe it's time for the Malays to have a new party that is ultra Malay and fights for the rights of the Malay since UMNO is heading the wrong way and helping the minorities which are the real masters of the economy of our nation.
Last but not least, I flip the bird at all the ultra kiasu and their cohorts. If you don't understand what flip the bird means, look it up in Google.
If that is true, maybe MCA and Gerakan are the parties that are being rejected by the Chinese. Therefore, our Prime Minister should think of ways how we can persuade the Chinese to give their support to the BN again.
“We are confident that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, who is a good listener, the government policies will reflect the wishes of the rakyat, including the Chinese,” MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek said at press conference after having a dialogue with several automotive parts manufacturing associations at Wisma MCA here yesterday.
“A lot of Chinese businessmen have said that some government officers have too much discretionary powers.
“For example, on the liberalisation of various sectors, certain government officers still impose 30% bumiputra quota on licensing and permits. I think there is a need to be more consultative in our approach especially when it comes to implementation and introducing new policies,” he said.
“The more we react (to Ibrahim), the more important he becomes. We should not fall into this trap.
“Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is the one we should look forward to lead this nation, not Ibrahim Ali,” he said.
That was the excerpts from the interview published in The Star titled, "Chua: Chinese have deeper concern for intellectual issues" dated 19th May 2010.
Look at what this intellectual individual has done. Chua is so intellectual that he would risk a scandal for emphasizing the usage of his joystick more than his gray matter. And the MCA delegation who had voted him as the MCA president is, oh so learned, that they would be that low as to assign someone with an aspersion for fornication with a mistress rather than putting in a more reputable leader as the boss of MCA.
They are so intellectual. I am aghast at the brilliance of the mentality of the leaders in MCA. That is why the Chinese community is running away like they had seen a ghost when they see anyone from MCA. Remember that the voice of the MCA delegates does not represent the majority of the Chinese people. Even though the Chinese community might find it okay for the Chinese people to be indulging in sex outside of marriage as proven by Eli Wong, that does not mean that they want a leader with that kind of attitude in BN.
Let me remind you of a report in The Star, dated 2nd January 2008 titled "Chua resigns after sex scandal" about this scandalous affair that might had been forgotten by Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek himself since he does not have too much to think about the reputation of the MCA being led by someone like him. Proves that he is not so intellectual after all.
Chua is not only unintelligible, he is also senile since he had forgotten the Malay Supremacy bashing he had put up in his blog. It makes him not much better than the leaders from the ultra kiasu party.
I.S.A. What is I.S.A.? Ikut suka akulah. This is my blog. I can damn well rant and rave about whatever I want. I am one of the bloggers that supports I.S.A. whole heartedly. Those who are against the I.S.A. can go back to the communist sewer from which you crawed out from. I will bash out at all ultra kiasu Chinese as much as I want to. You are not the only one who have something to say. I have loads of things to get out of my chest.
I.S.A. is the Internal Security Act. Every country in this world have their own version of the I.S.A. to maintain the peace inside the country. It may be called I.S.A. or others such as the Anti Terrorist Act (ATA) in the United States of America produced not surprisingly just after 9/11. It is also known as the USA Patriot Act. The contrived acronym stands for Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001. So what is the fuss about abolishing this Act when it is nothing more than a preventive detention law that is enforced in Malaysia?
Why are some people up to no good so afraid of I.S.A. that there are even some quarters like GMI and Suaram that are so against it? GMI stands for Gerakan Mansuhkan ISA. GMI is in the same website as Suaram. Suaram stands for Suara Rakyat Malaysia. Well, you are not making a stand for the whole of Malaysia. There are still many out there that are for I.S.A. GMI and Suaram are nothing more than the tools created and used by the opposition parties to demand the abolishment of I.S.A. I am sure that if ever (God forbids) the ultra kiasu DAP ruled Malaysia, they will impose a harsher law than the I.S.A. Communists will be communists. No doubt about that.
The I.S.A. in Malaysia is called The Internal Security Act 1960 or in Malay as "Akta Keselamatan Dalam Negeri". It is a preventive detention law in force in Malaysia. The legislation was enacted after Malaysia gained independence from Britain in 1957. The ISA allows for detention without trial or criminal charges under limited, legally defined circumstances.
China have their own security measures set up for their leaders. The Central Security Bureau (also called Unit 8341, and less commonly, Unit 57001) or The Central Guard Unit (sometimes as the Centralis Guard Regiment) is the chief Security Detail military bureau responsible for the security of senior Chinese government, party, and military leaders. Along with the personal safety of senior Chinese government, party, and military leaders, the bureau is also responsible for protecting the office and living quarters of the leaders.
In India, there are the Terrorism and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act 1987 and the Prevention of Terrorism Act. These were replaced by Prevention of Terrorist Activities Act (2002-04). The Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, commonly known as TADA, was an Indian law active between 1985 and 1995 (modified in 1987) for the prevention of terrorist activities in Punjab.
The United Kingdom, they have the The Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 (c.2). As of March 2009[update] the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 is still active, following renewal on 11 March 2009. The purpose of this Act is to provide for the making of 'control orders' imposing obligations on individuals suspected of being involved in terrorism-related activity. These are preventative orders which are designed to restrict or prevent the further involvement by individuals in such activity. More explanation about the Act can be read here.
In our neighbouring country Thailand, due to the chaos caused by the United Front for Democracy Against Dictatorship (UDD), known as the Red Shirts Protestors who are anti government, in March 2010 Thailand had invoked a new Internal Security Act on Tuesday, 9th of March giving security forces broad powers to impose curfews, set up checkpoints and restrict the movement of demonstrators. The ISA allows the country's top security agency - the Internal Security Operations Command - to impose curfews, operate checkpoints and restrict the movement of demonstrators if protests by the UDD turn violent.
Singapore's Internal Security Act confers on the government the right to arrest and detain individuals without trial in certain defined circumstances. The most notable ISA case was the Operation Coldstore in 1963 which led to the arrest of some 100 left-wing politicians and trade unionists, including members of the opposition party Barisan Sosialis who were opposing Singapore's merger with Malaysia. Read about Singapore's countermeasures to terrorism here.
In conclusion, there is no need to abolish the I.S.A. as demanded by the opposition and the NGOs supporting them since they are asking that to only satisfy their own selfish needs so that they can create chaos in our country at their whims and fancies.
