What will you do to punish those criminals?

I want to ask the honest opinion of the readers what they will do to the murderers of Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and the 3 person who accompanied her to meet the lawyer who is a crook?

No word mincing just tell me in your own words what you will do to them if Malaysia has no laws since the opposition leaders too likes to behave as if they are above the law.

Education: Get 'real' skills

Y.S. CHAN, Kuala Lumpur
letters@nst.com.my

AFTER completing their studies, secondary school students should pursue tertiary education to develop their full potential.

Academic pursuit can develop mental faculties and postgraduate studies empower the scholar to be learned in a chosen field.

However, a learned person is not educated without displaying social skills and values.

These can only be acquired through training and practice.

To gain in-depth knowledge, we need to master a language as it is the key to learning.

This will enable us to think deeply, speak clearly and write logically.

Some of the essential social skills are being able to communicate, conceptualise, develop interpersonal relations, lead, multi-task, be self-disciplined and be a team player.

When the learning of social skills and values are treated merely as an academic exercise, the undergraduates would pick up only the barest minimum.

It is necessary for students to be exposed to others of different backgrounds, instead of just limiting themselves to a small circle of friends.

One of the most effective ways of learning social skills and values is to visit hospitals, hospices, prisons and drug rehabilitation centres and act as a conduit for inmates who wish to express their feelings to the loved ones at home.

Such efforts should not be viewed as a sacrifice.

It can be a very humbling and rewarding experience as they would learn to appreciate life better and respect people more.

Touching someone's life is certainly more meaningful than staging events just for the record books, which also serve no purpose other than for publicity.

If not constrained by time and money, fresh graduates should go through the "University of Life" by travelling locally or overseas as a backpacker before embarking on a career.

Employers prefer graduates who are street-wise and street smart.

No one has confidence in those who remain sheepish and can hardly express themselves, even though they may possess academic qualifications.

The main criteria in getting a job or progressing in a career are character, communications skill, general knowledge, job experience and academic qualification, in that order.

As such, it is important for young people to get a real education and not merely aim for academic qualification.

Their success in life and career is dependent on many other attributes.

Make teaching of English a national mission

DESPITE the Government’s new policy of teaching Science and Mathematics in Bahasa Malay-sia, it is nevertheless giving a lot of push and thrust to improve English teaching methods and standards. But sadly, at school level, it is not being followed and implemented.

My daughter studies in a secondary school popularly known as SMKDPT Masai, a premier school where all the 5As, 6As and 7As students from the nearby primary schools are placed.

Being a premier school and having all the top students from the schools around this area, the school has to set a high standard of teaching in English, but it is not so.

The teachers, including the Guru Besar, do not utter a single word in English even to a person like me who does not know Bahasa Malaysia. I am an Indian expatriate.

In India, I completed Standard 1 to Higher Secondary (here it is called STPM) in Tamil. But our English language syllabus was so strong, with two papers, one specifically in gram-mar.

Due to the strength of the Eng-lish language syllabus and the tea-ching methods employed, I could easily acquire proficiency in Eng-lish when I reached engineering college.

Governments may come out with a good education policy, but the success of the policy depends on the implementation at grassroots, largely on the Gurus Besar.

If the Government really wants to improve the standard of English, the Gurus Besar have to be trained first and they will automatically lead the team of teachers under them to the successful implementation of government policy.

But to cover up their weakness, or lack of affinity or proficiency in English, these teachers simply put the blame on the children from the rural or poor families.

I am from a poor family in a rural area, my mother is illiterate and my father a Physical Education teacher who cannot speak English.

How could I acquire proficiency in English? It was because of the teachers.

The Gurus Besar of all schools in Malaysia can do well to look at Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who has a good command of English despite being from a rural family. He mesmerised the Europeans and Ameri-cans when introducing the Multi-media Super Corridor.

If a person is good in communication skills, he/she is already 50% successful in his/her career. In this aspect, I am saddened whenever I interview Malaysian engineering graduates for industrial training or for a job.

They are good and intelligent in their Engineering subjects, but they cannot express and explain due to lack of proficiency in English. When they write a report, it confuses; I do not know whether he/she is explaining yesterday’s or today’s or tomorrow’s event as there is no grammar in their writing. How can these engineers submit a research paper in an international forum?

All Gurus Besar have to take up the development of English language skills among their students as a national mission.

In India, in order of respect, we place Guru (Teacher) one place above God and just two places below Matha (Mother) and Pitha (Father). God only creates human beings, but the Guru moulds the human being into a good human being.

I am bored with Anwar Ibrahim

I am damn bored,
When will Al Jub's fiasco end,
with a Chinese prostitute he scored,
Women, men, horse is his trend.

Life will be beautiful,
If this pervert ends up in a can,
It will certainly be wonderful,
When that becomes his end.

His excuse is the love handle,
Which he claims he does not have,
Surely he could have ample,
Hidden away under the belt in his pants.

Al Jub looks crazier each day,
When will he be on an 'amuk' spree,
He is one hell of a gay,
Lock him up before he flee.

How could he have known,
That the porn actor have a pot-bellied,
His acting has been blown,
Video not shown to him so his knowledge not tallied.

When can the public view the proof?

One of the suspects caught for further investigation about the release of the sex romp of the opposition leader with one China Doll had disclosed that the venue of the sex act was at Jalan Ampang Hilir apartment.

Abdul Rahim and Shazryl had been released on police bail and further investigations are ongoing.

Meanwhile, the police is seeking the identity of the porn star involved in the video allegedly to be Anwar Al Juburi.

This sodomiser had the nerve to question why the police had not arrested the persons who had released the video.

I want to enquire why is it that the porn star acting in the porn video had not been caught for questioning as well?

The police had questioned Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik, former Malacca chief minister and Datuk Shazrul Eskay Abdullah for five hours.

An omega watch belonging to the alleged porno video actor had also been handed over.

I can bet that Wan Azizah is so stressed up with this latest sex scandal of her husband.

Just divorce that bloody sex maniac who loves both male and female so that your life will be at peace.

Proof to yourself that at least you have some honour left inside of you instead of backing up your homosexual husband.

Maybe Malaysians who are interested to know the truth about that porn video should be invited to watch it so that we can decide whether the porn actor is truly Anwar Al Juburi or not!

Bravo DPM

I hope that you pariahs are happy as the pariahs that you are now since the government has agreed to drop the controversial phrase “kasta Paria” (“Pariah caste”) from the Form 5 Malay literature textbook Interlok, and replace it with “golongan yang sama” (“the same group”), Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced in the Dewan Rakyat this morning.

I really think that we need more intellectuals to become Ministers, maybe someone like Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad who had been a practicing doctor and not just any Tom, Dick or Harry who will succumb to whatever demands of the people, pressure group or deviationists.

I would rather be dictated by a dictator any day than by a shitbrain who will give in to pressure.

What the hell do you mean by "golongan yang sama"? I am not a pariah and I don't want to be placed in the same group as the stinking pariahs.

This is really a good move. I am sure many people especially pariahs who felt angry about the true potrayal of who they really are, are happy about it. But I for one, am not pleased at all.

The other castes in India also looks down on pariahs there in India and even though the pariahs here are a millionaire, they are still looked down by the other castes in India.

You puto cannot admit to the lacking of your own caste, so how can you improve yourself when you deny the fact that most Indians here act like they are high and mighty in groups and will bully or rob someone else?

Only by admitting your bad traits will you be able to improve yourself. Denying what you are is not helping because you will remain what you are by denying what is really happening.

I seriously think that since Hindraf had sued the British government for the so called 'mistreatment' of the Indians here, the Malaysian government should seriously consider doing the same thing because they are the colonizers which had brought the fucking assholes here in the first place.

Next time, just let a Pariah be a Prime Minister since you are so keen on giving in to whatever demands that they have.

Thank you justice Mohd Zabidin

It was a good news indeed when Justice Mohd Zabidin Mohd Diah ruled on Wednesday that the items - a white toothbrush, a towel and a mineral water bottle - could be tendered as evidence in Anwar’s ongoing sodomy trial.

Anwar kept saying he is innocent but he doesn't act like someone who is innocent.

For me personally, if I am accused of a crime in which I did not commit, I will move heaven or hell to prove my innocent.

But, that is me. And Anwar is not me. Anwar is a person who is crazy about sex especially of the weird kind.

He does not want to swear on the Quran in the mosque. He does not want to give his DNA on a voluntary basis.

His lawyers kept postponing the Sodomy 2 case. He have loads of money which is proven when he went to and fro overseas to criticise Malaysia.

I think maybe he will ask America to come and liberate him by bombing Malaysia and putting him to be the 1st homo P.M. in a liberal Malaysia if he is found guilty of sodomising Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan.

But why hasn't he gone to Mecca to pray in front of the Kaabah since the prayers of an innocent person wrongfully accused will be granted by Allah a.s.a.p.

I am amused by some of the comments by his supporter for the BN or UMNO supporters to watch their language as Allah is watching.

Tell that to Anwar Al Juburi because he seems to forget that when he's busy having sex with other men, Allah is watching him.

And in the hereafter, just remember that in Allah's court, our mouths will be sealed and all of our bodies can talk and reveal to Allah what had be done by them.

I bet Al Jub's dick will admit to it's doing his thing with the wrong hole.

Distribution of pornographic material

Way to go Anwar! You had done good by reporting to the police today about the pornography that had suddenly emerged.

Your supporters shouts of "Reforbasi" sounds so queer. As queer as you are, Anwar!

You had quickly retaliated that it was not you, though you seemed to have knowledge that the porn actor had quite a big stomach.

How come you can know about such things? Do you have psychic abilities that you had kept hidden from all of us that you can know about things you had not seen before?

Are you some kinda a ghost whisperer?

Maybe you can teach me how to do that? Because I sure want to know whether you are the "Male Y" found in the anus of your sodomy victim. My new found psychic abilities can help me a lot to determine that.

Meanwhile, the police will be investigating the report lodged by Anwar under Section 292 of the Penal Code for distribution of pornographic material, Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said.

The police should investigate thoroughly and those responsible in a conspiracy to release and distribute the porno material should be jailed so that it will be an example to others who distribute illegal porn VCDs adn DVDs.

This Datuk T character should be investigated by the police to see whether he had been paid by anyone to distribute that porn in a bid to disturb the ongoing demand by the public for Anwar to submit his DNA.

This could be a conspiracy of the GAY KIND so that a queer character can be happy that he had succeeded in diverting the DNA issue!

English holds the key to achieving Vision 2020

English holds the key to achieving Vision 2020

AS a former teacher, headmaster, assistant supervisor of primary schools in Selangor, lecturer of English at Universiti Teknologi Mara (preparing students going to Australia on JPA scholarships) and having been in the field of education (1955-2003) I feel I have something to say regarding the importance of English.

I remember when I was the headmaster of SRK Sungei Besar near Sabak Bernam in 1966, a Malay parent came to register his child in the school .

I asked him to register his child in the school nearest to his home and he asked why I couldn’t admit his child in my school which was English medium then.

He seemed rather annoyed and remarked that if ministers could send their children to English schools, why couldn’t he? I had no answer.

I am astonished that academics and students from universities who should be open-minded and models of progress, examples for ordinary folk to follow, are adopting retrogressive attitudes and behaviour in opposing the use of English.

How can our nation go forward and achieve Vision 2020 when we can’t see beyond our noses? Please let us be more sensible and bold enough to face the challenges ahead. We are now in a globalised world.

If some of us are not proficient enough in the language, there are many avenues open to learn and master it.

I remember teaching English to teachers and elderly headmasters in adult education classes in the evenings in the Klang High School in in the early 60s.

I am sure the Education Ministry can restart such classes all over the country to help people to learn the language.

Indeed, there is a crying need for some of our top administrators to improve their English. It is pathetic to see officers fumbling and stumbling when making speeches or giving interviews.

I often wonder how our representatives conduct themselves when dealing with foreigners.

If China, Japan and even the proud French have accepted English as an important international language why can’t we.

G. JEYARAHMAN,
Klang.

This letter from a reader to the Opinion section in The Star is questioning parents the most relevant questions.

Don't be a petty minded person who will forsake the future of your children by denying them the ability to converse and write well in English because like it or not, English is the lingua-franca of the world today although we want to empower the Malay language.

Anwar is guilty of sodomy, period

Why would Anwar be so reluctant to give his DNA sample if he is innocent as he claimed to be?

Robbers, rapist, sodomisers, even kitten killers will make up sob stories to get away with their crime.

When you do the crime, prepare to do the time.

What is your views on this matter? Do you think he will run off overseas like RPK?

I am sick of this sodomite.

Improve on English or lose out in job market, undergrads told

PETALING JAYA: Local undergraduates should decide for themselves whether to heed the call to be more proficient in English, Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said.

“It cannot be helped if the students do not wish to be helped,” he said.

Studies conducted by the ministry revealed that one of the causes of unemployment among local graduates was their poor command of English, he said.

Khaled was commenting on last month’s protest by Universiti Malaya students, who accused vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Ghauth Jasmon of sidelining Bahasa Malaysia when he gave a briefing which stressed on English as the way forward.

Dr Ghauth drew flak when he highlighted how English could enhance the students’ employment prospects.

Speaking to reporters after launching the Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme at UM yesterday, Khaled said that public institutions of higher learning had been instructed to increase the number of credit hours in English, starting from the undergraduates’ first year in university.

“The aim is to help students to improve their command of English, especially in communication skills.

“We did not want to burden students by making it compulsory for them to pass the English paper as that would delay the graduation of some students,” he said.

During the launch, he announced that a National Higher Education Entrepreneurship Council would be set up to instil the entrepreneurship spirit among undergraduates through research and education.

On the call for him to resign by Gabungan Mahasiswa Islam Se-Malaysia (Gamis) president Ahmad Shukri Abdul Razak over the ruckus at the campus election in February, Khaled said it was inappropriate for him to intervene during the campaigning period.

“I am open to attending functions upon the invitation of students provided that there is no conflict of interest,” he said.

Khaled also denied any animosity between him and his deputy Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah who was perceived as being more lenient to the undergraduates.

T-shirt story better than concert

Singapore was expelled from Malaysia in 1965, but the Santana T-shirt sold at a concert there on March 7 begs to differ.

THE coincidence is amusingly uncanny. On the same week that Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad released his much-anticipated memoirs, some rock concert T-shirts being sold in Singapore had prints saying that Singapore is part of Malaysia.

Yes, it's true. T-shirts on sale at the Santana concert on March 7 were emblazoned on the back with the concert tour venues: Bangkok, Thailand; Jakarta, Indonesia; Seoul, Korea; Perth, Australia; Christchurch, New Zealand; and, of all things, Singapore, Malaysia.

I missed the concert but still cannot contain the hilarity of the whole thing. The timing bordered on perfect irony -- on one hand, the former prime minister's book, A Doctor in the House, with certain blistering references to Singapore, and on the other, the collectors' item traded outside the Singapore Indoor Stadium proclaiming that Singapore is in Malaysia.

Danny Goon, a dear old friend from Penang, was one of the many Malaysians who went to see the concert and bought a T-shirt at the official merchandise store.

It was only later that he spotted the words written on the back.

This was his email to me:

Syed, Did you attend the Santana gig in Singapore on Monday? Well I parted with S$50 to buy a Santana T-shirt for a friend who missed his Guitar Heaven 2011 Tour concert in Singapore on Monday night. Little did I suspect that the T-shirt is likely to cause an international incident. Read the itinerary carefully... is the Red Dot still part of Malaysia? What would LKY think? Or Dr M? Incidentally, it is made in Haiti.

Cheers,

Danny.

The Red Dot is a common, somewhat repugnant, reference to Singapore, mainly used by leaders and politicians in the region; LKY is Lee Kuan Yew, the founding father of Singapore and now minister mentor; while Dr M is Dr Mahathir.

Singapore used to be part of Malaysia after it merged with the Federation of Malaya alongside Sabah and Sarawak in 1963 to form Malaysia.

The union, however, was rocky from the start. Distrust and ideological differences between leaders of the state of Singapore and the Federal Government of Malaysia resulted in frequent disagreement in politics, economic, financial and social policies. Eventually, in 1965, Tunku Abdul Rahman decided to expel Singapore from the federation.

Some might consider the T-shirt boo-boo a trivial matter. Danny said he pointed it out to a few Singaporean friends who laughed it off. And the fact that the T-shirts were made in Haiti is small consolation.

But it might still touch a raw nerve in some people, including Dr Mahathir and Lee, whose disaffection for one another is well-known. Their respective memoirs say it best.

Lee, in From Third World To First, published in 2000 stated:

- We (Singapore) had to succeed (after separation) for if we failed, our only survival option would be a re-merger, but on Malaysian terms, as a state like Penang or Malacca.

- From time to time, whenever the Malaysians wanted things their way, even on matters strictly within our domestic rights, relations with Malaysia were strained. What they wanted is called in the Malay language an abang-adik (big brother-little brother) relationship with little brother giving way graciously. When non-vital interests were at stake, we were prepared to humour abang, but not when adik had legitimate interests to defend.

- Mahathir was candid about his deep anti-Singapore feelings. He recounted how, as a medical student in Singapore, he had directed a Chinese taxi driver to the home of a lady friend, but had been taken to the servants' quarters of this house. It was an insult he did not forget. Singapore Chinese, he said, looked down on Malays.

Dr Mahathir is equally, if not more, caustic in his memoirs. Among the passages:

- One area of Malaysian foreign policy that has always been challenging has been our relationship with Singapore. I may be wrong, but I suspect Lee Kuan Yew once nursed the thought of becoming prime minister of this country. (Aha, perhaps that explains the T-shirt imprints.)

- Enforced separation meant the end of Lee's dream. He cried when announcing it on television and never forgave Tunku. He did not attribute the expulsion to his own behaviour and obvious ambition, choosing instead to believe firmly that we (former Umno secretary-general Tan Sri Syed Jaafar Albar and Dr Mahathir) were responsible for Tunku's action.

- Malaysians were less sophisticated than they are now. They certainly did not possess the aggressiveness that is sometimes necessary in business. They preferred to sell their products to Singapore, which then acted as distribution centre and made a tidy profit marketing products obtained from Malaysia. They exported the same products, like orchids, to other countries, or sold processed raw materials back to Malaysia for a much higher price. Singapore agencies invariably included Malaysia as part of their own territory.

- It was only in Singapore that I experienced a very unusual kind of protocol. As a visiting head of government, I was only greeted by a protocol officer at the entrance of the prime minister's office and was then required to wait in an adjacent holding room until the prime minister was ready to see me. I was made to wait for about 15 minutes and felt very sorely used... So when Lee Kuan Yew, and later his successors, came to Kuala Lumpur, I followed his precedent.

Well, Danny, I may have missed Santana and his Black Magic Woman, but the T-shirt story is more entertaining, whether it caused an international incident or not.

'Do not reject evidence on technicality'

KUALA LUMPUR: Evidence, even if obtained through unfair means, can be admitted in a trial in the interest of justice.

This was the submission of senior deputy public prosecutor Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden who is applying to review the ruling of a trial-within-a-trial last week where a toothbrush, a towel and mineral water bottle, were excluded as evidence in the sodomy trial of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Yusof said the High Court should not be duly concerned how samples of Anwar were collected for DNA profiling as long as it was "relevant and admissible."

"Justice cannot be sacrificed due to technical reasons," said Yusof, adding that it was evidence as long as it was relevant.

Yusof was making his submission yesterday in two separate applications:

- to review the ruling in a trial within-a-trial that the three items collected from a cell at the police headquarters here where Anwar was held overnight as admissible; and

- to compel Anwar to provide his specimen for DNA profiling as provided under the Evidence Act.

Yusof further submitted that the court should seriously consider the application to compel Anwar to provide his specimen so that "the truth could be discovered and more importantly that justice is administered according to the law."

He said judge Datuk Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah could not force Anwar to surrender his specimen but the judge could order someone else to obtain them from him.

He said the relevant consideration was whether the DNA obtained from Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan could be matched to the accused (Anwar).

"The chief function of a judge is to see that justice is done and a too rigid adherence to set rules may sometimes embarrass the judge in the performance of his duties and defeat the ends of justice," he said.

Yusof said Saiful had given evidence that Anwar sodomised him and ejaculation had taken place.

"As result of medical examination on Saiful, a high rectal swab was taken from the anus of the complainant and analysis by a chemist found the semen of a person known as 'Male Y'," he said.

Yusof said police in the course of investigation secured the three exhibits left behind by Anwar and the DNA profile of these exhibits conclusively matched the DNA profile of 'Male Y'.

He said the DNA profile from 'Male Y' was a crime scene sample.

"It is absolutely sensible for an accused person facing a sodomy charge to exonerate himself and voluntarily offer his DNA sample."

Yusof said the application to compel Anwar to give his specimen on the premise that an innocent person must be acquitted, and a guilty party be held liable for his crime.

On Anwar's arrest outside his home in Segambut on July 16, 2008, Yusof said it was lawful as the accused had made a detour while police were waiting for him at the headquarters as agreed upon earlier.

"CID director (Datuk Seri) Bakri Zinin knew Anwar was supposed to surrender, but the arrest was effected when Anwar detoured and went back home."

Anwar was scheduled to go to the police headquarters immediately after his appointment with a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission officer in Putrajaya.

Yusof said no warrant of arrest was required since Anwar's arrest for alleged sodomy then was a seizable offence under the Penal Code.

The defence will make its submission today.

At the outset of the proceedings yesterday, Anwar's lead counsel Karpal Singh complained that certain newspapers had published contents of the prosecution's submission on the application to compel Anwar to give his specimen.

He said these mischievous and scandalous reports amounted to contempt of court.

Yusof replied that there was a case law which allowed for such publication in the interest of the public.

Zabidin then adjourned proceedings to meet the prosecution and defence in chambers.

Later in open court, the judge said he hoped parties would not hinder the ongoing trial or else "they may have to face the music".

New bid to get Anwar's DNA

PUTRAJAYA:
The public prosecutor in the Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim sodomy trial will today submit a 14-page application to the court seeking the presentation of the PKR de facto leader's blood sample.

The prosecution is citing Section 73 of the Evidence Act, read with Section 165 of the same act, which states: the judge may in order to discover or to obtain proper proof of relevant facts, ask any questions he pleases, in any form at any time, of any witness about any fact relevant or not.

The application says, among other things, that neither the parties nor their agent shall be entitled to make any objection to such question or order nor leave of the court to cross-examine any witness upon any answer given in reply to any question.

Solicitor-General II Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden and his prosecution team, in applying Sarkar's Law of Evidence to support sections of the Evidence Act used, argues that when a man is exhibited whether voluntarily or by order, and even if the order goes too far, the evidence, if material, is competent.

Yusof will make a submission for judge Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah to review his decision in the trial-within-a-trial on Tuesday rejecting a mineral water bottle, Good Morning towel and toothbrush as evidence.

Yusof said it was not only logical but absolutely sensible for an accused person facing a charge of carnal intercourse against the order of nature, to voluntarily offer his DNA sample for matching with that of the crime scene sample, in order to exonerate himself.

He cited Sarkar's Law of Evidence's comment on section 165 of the act which says the chief function of a judge is to see that justice is done between parties, and a too rigid adherence to the set rules may sometimes embarrass him in the performance of his duties and defeat the ends of justice.

It also underlines that the position of a judge is not that of a moderator between contestants in a game with no inclination to interfere till the violation of its rules.

The judge, it said, had a much higher duty to perform as he must see not only that the proceedings were conducted according to the law, but also to administer justice and to find out the truth.

"It has also been said that counsel seek only for their client's success, but the judge must watch that justice triumphs.

"It is in the interest of justice that this application is premised upon that an innocent person must be acquitted and a guilty one be held liable for his crime."

Yusof, in his submission, also quoted the book Dealing With DNA Evidence: A Legal Guide which said, "DNA evidence has possibly the highest probative value of all, on par with fingerprint evidence, in identifying an individual."

He said it was best to hearken to the explanation in the book that DNA analysis had become an indispensable police tool as it allowed unambiguous identification of the criminal by traces of biological material left at the crime scene.

"With justice paramount in this case, we respectfully urge this honourable court to direct Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to provide a non-intimate or intimate sample of himself as this honourable court deems fit."

Why the excuse not to give his DNA?

The PKR secretary-general, Saifuddin Nasution is looking after his own butt when he defended Anwar Ibrahim by stating that former premier Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad never gave his then-deputy and now opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim a chance to defend himself.

What chance are you referring to when Anwar Ibrahim did indulge in sodomy when there had been ample proof of it provided for the eyes of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad only by the police and army intelligence?

My luck seems to be with me when I coincidently met with one army intelligence who happened to be the one doing the spying to confirm the case and he confirmed it.

Another relative of mine had also confirmed that he had seen the video tape of Anwar committing the sodomy. Don't ask me how he got it but he has connection to the Special Branch people too.

I think that when PAS accused of Tun Dr Mahathir had once watched a porno with his grandchildren was an exaggeration when the truth could be that our premier had been shown the video tape of Anwar's indulging in sodomy by the police or army intelligence.

That makes more sense because an intelligent person like Tun Dr Mahathir is far too busy to be wasting his time watching porno for fun because he is busy doing more important things than wasting his brain capacity like that.

Do you think that the police and army intelligence are that stupid to just accuse anyone without providing solid proof of Anwar's sodomy charge?

Some proof are just too confidential when it involved with our nation's international relationship with other countries in which Anwar is their tool.

“That (Saifuddin's allegations) is a total lie. Saifuddin was not at the Umno supreme council meeting on Sept 4, 1998, he was not a supreme council member. So he cannot have known what went on, let alone challenge Mahathir's version of the events.

“I was there, as I was a member of the Umno supreme council. And I can confirm events as Mahathir related them was the truth,” Ibrahim told reporters in Parliament today.

“Take him to court, if they dare. Let truth prevail!” concluded Ibrahim Ali.

Why is it that Anwar is so reluctant to give his DNA sample to the police? How could the police make a thorough investigation about this sodomy case when the accused are not cooperating with them and making it hard for them to finish the investigation?

Moreover, Anwar's lawyer had advised him not to take Tun Dr Mahathir to court. Why is that?

All of these events seems to indicate that Anwar Ibrahim is the real culprit who had raped the anus of Saiful Bukhari.

Anwar Ibrahim himself knew that he is guilty. That is the one and only reason he is not giving up his DNA for testing to confirm his guilt.

Bamboo River seems so near

More revelations at the Sodomy 2 trial just makes me sick.

This Anwar Al Juburi is really a sicko.

He would go to any lengths to commit sodomy, even to the extend of raping his coffee boy who takes his fancies.

The exposure of him caressing Saiful Bukhari's breasts are just gross.

Moreover, that he used KY Jelly to fuck Saiful's butt.

This faggot also asked Saiful to suck his small dick in which the victim refused.

Some opposition supporters will spin this to say that this is consensual sex.

But bear in mind that this is blatant rape because if it's consensual sex, then the sodomy victim will not be making a police report on it.

Instead, they would go on indulging in a homosexual bliss because it's consensual sex and nobody will get to know about their abnormal sexual relationship.

Mr. Y is surely an addicted homo who loves to fuck boys that catches his eyes.

I don't pity his wife because his wife was the one who keeps denying the fact that her husband is a GAY and kept quiet which resulted in him raping the butt of other boys who do not believe that Anwar is a gay who loves sodomy.

Then and now

Why look so gloom and haggard? Mb he has imagined himself residing in Bamboo River?

After getting a punch for verbally abusing the police.

Good looking as always.

Anwar Ibrahim may have won it this round when the judge rejected the DNA evidence.

However, the question that lingers in the minds of people who can think, people who uses their brains unlike those Fuckatan Riot supporters who are only cows to be ridden on by the communists DAPig, why is it that Anwar Ibrahim had been so reluctant in giving his DNA for DNA testing?

Does he have something to hide?

Why was it that Karpal Singh before in 1998 claimed he had the proof of Anwar's sodomy?

But now, he can stoop that low to defend this person he had claimed he had proof of sodomy!

For me, it's just as simple as this. If he has nothing to hide, he would not go to any lengths to deny the police his DNA sample.

We know very well that Anwar Ibrahim is the proxy of the Jews.

And when he went overseas, he will freely go to any gay bars there. That is why the gay associations overseas are so excited to defend this hard core homosexual.

I bet that the CIA or Mossad even have the video of him visiting the many gay bars he went to. Maybe they even have the video of him committing the sodomy.

You know how secret agents are. They can do anything that ordinary folks like us think is impossible, just like in the spy movies.

That's because they had been receiving proper and hard training. They can survive anywhere because they had been trained to do so.

If Anwar is indeed an agent of CIA or Mossad, CIA or Mossad must now be feeling the heat because of the stupidity of their recruited agent.

I don't think that anyone can be as stupid as Anwar Ibrahim. So, I crown you Anwar Al Juburi, the highest crown, which is the KING OF SODOMY and STUPIDITY.

Run Anwar Run! Run to Washington and be with your true masters before you are thrown into Bamboo River and be a resident there for another 20 years.

You reap what you sow

This is the most unheard of incident. A cold heartless kittens killer who stomped kittens to death had been caught on CCTV.

She looks as if she was enjoying doing that. If she gets away with killing these cute kittens, I am sure one day she will upgrade to becoming a serial killer who will do that to human beings.

That's how serial killers are born. You start by torturing to death small, helpless animals. When you are good at it, you will start to do it to bigger animals or even human beings.

If you don't believe what I say, just watch the series "Criminal Minds" which is based on the real life Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU), a component of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime (NCAVC), uses Behavior Sciences to assist in criminal investigations.

Read more about it by clicking at Behavioral Analysis Unit.

A serial killer in the making

This BITCHY tomboy looked like she really enjoys murdering those innocent cute kittens. She knew that there were a CCTV there, and she did that on purpose.

She felt great doing that because those innocent kittens could not do anything to defend themselves or retaliate against her because those kittens are small and helpless.

I hope that this mother fucker will be haunted by the GHOSTS of the kittens who will be scratching her face until she looks like an fugly mother fucker or scared her until she died of fright.

Tomboy tormentor

PETALING JAYA: A 'tomboy' has been identified as the abuser in a shocking video of a youth brutally hurling, kicking and stomping kittens to death in Serdang, Selangor.

Outraged by the inhumane behaviour of the youth, Facebook users hunted down the abuser, originally thought to be a male from 'his' appearance and dressing.

Photos of the boyish girl were exposed on the social networking site which depicted her wearing the same baseball cap, a dark T-shirt and white knee-lenght shorts.

Facebook users claimed the girl, known as Mr Lonely or Mr Louis on her Facebook profile, removed her Facebook page and changed her mobile phone number after her details were revealed online.

Some Facebook users also claimed they saw the girl operating a food stall at the Serdang market.

More and more comments are being posted on Facebook lambasting the girl as a cat murderer, cold-blooded animal and a heartless soul who ought to be punished.

A user commented: “She’s worse than an animal. She's not worthy to live in this world!”

Another user said: “It definitely looks like she’s enjoying what she did. This is sick!”

The five-minute closed-circuit television footage, made viral from last Thursday on Facebook, was the latest animal abuse clip to surface less than two months after the country was rocked by a poodle abuse video.

The cat abuse clip showed the youth using an umbrella to poke and then kick, beat and stomp kittens to death.

Over 2,500 Facebook users, both local and from other countries, commented on the video and expressed disgust and rage over the youth's behaviour. The number of "likes" had also increased to 587 at Press time.

When contacted by The Malay Mail on Wednesday, the Department of Veterinary Services, the Malaysian Animal Rights Society and the Malaysian Animal Welfare Society have urged the public to provide information on the horrifying abuse so that action could be taken against the culprit.

I am sorry that I got caught.

Do we forgive this kittens killer?

She does not look she was under stress when she was abusing, poking the kittens with an umbrella and stomping on them until the kittens are dead.

I bet she was stressed when her brutal and inhumane act was spread on Facebook.

Cat abuser says sorry

SERI KEMBANGAN: "I am sorry. I promise not to repeat the shameful act and would learn to love and appreciate every living being."

These were the remorseful words of Chow Xiao Wei, who had been identified as the person who had openly abused several kittens in a video posting which had gone viral on the internet in the past week.

Chow 21, who was met at a Press conference organised by Serdang MP Teo Nie Ching this morning, said she regretted what she did and hopes the public would accept her apology.

"With all honesty, I sincerely apologise to the community, especially animal lovers on my shameful and cruel acts against the three defenseless kittens.

"I couldn't control myself and I admit I made a huge mistake and I regret my actions," Chow said.

She said her mother, Cheong Poh Ling, was also upset with what she did and had brought her to a hospital to undergo a psychological evaluation.

Chow admitted that she only realised she made a mistake after she viewed the video clip of her abusing the kittens.

"My only hope is for the community to accept my apology. I promise not to repeat the shameful act and would learn to love and appreciate every living being."

Cheong, who accompanied her daughter during the Press conference, said she was caught off guard by her daughter's actions and hoped the public would give her daughter a chance to repent.

"I'm shocked by my daughter's actions, she has never had any discipline problems in the past. I humbly and sincerely hope as a mother, the public would give my daughter a second chance to make a major improvement as I know her doing was very wrong.

"I never raised her to be such a brat. Because of this, my business is affected. I had to close shop, after constant harassment from the media.

"My daughter told me, while torturing those poor little kittens, she had no idea that they were already dead."

An enforcement officer from the Selangor Department of Veterinary Services, who was also present, said he was there to get a statement from Chow.

Masdin Ubin said: "This is a new case. There has to be a report made to us at our headquarters, for possible action to be taken."

Teo said Chow was prepared to face the music as well as legal actions if there were any to be taken against her.

Meanwhile, the president of non-governmental organisation Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better (MDDB), Christine Lai, who was also present at the news conference, said even though she was appalled by Chow's actions, MDDB would like to help Chow if she truly regretted her actions.

"We are willing to sponsor her to get proper psychiatric treatment at the University Malaya Medical Centre.

"We urge the authorities to help her, but at the same time take proper and immediate action on her, as a reminder of her cruel act. We told her that she would be monitored by us and she should perform community works."

Both MDDB and its counterpart Malaysian Cats Care Project urged the government to increase the penalty on animal cruelty.

"No matter her reasons, Chow committed an inexcusable offense and we urge the authorities to take the necessary action against her."

On March 3, The Malay Mail reported on the five-minute CCTV footage, which was the latest animal abuse clip to surface less than two months after the country was rocked by a poodle abuse video.

The cat abuse clip showed the youth using an umbrella to poke and then kick, beat and stomp several kittens to death.

Over 2,500 Facebook users, both local and overseas, commented on the video, expressing disgust and rage over the youth's behavior.

If found guilty under Section 44 of the Animal Act 1953 (revised 2006), Chow would be imposed a minimum fine of RM200, a six-month jail term or both.

Yada! Yada! Yada! Yap! Yap! Yap!

"I couldn't control myself and I admit I made a huge mistake and I regret my actions," Chow said.

Everyone will say just that when they are caught doing something wrong. But if they are not caught, they will feel excited enough to repeat it again or escalate to more violence.

Most criminal will then use the excuse of they are not in the right mind or pretending to be crazy when actually they are normal and are planning to deceive the authorities by acting as if they are crazy or have lost their mind.

They can be good actors or actresses to avoid jail term. Even if they are crazy, I am sure they will be crazier outside because they had done it once and felt good about it so put that BITCH in jail, that is what the authorities must do because crazy people will be crazier if they are let scout free without serving any jail term.

This bloody heartless TOMBOY should be put through what she had put those kittens through. And see if she likes being poked at with an umbrella and stomped to death???

I am not surprise that this hearless BITCH and her mum went to a DAP representative because DAP are communists who have killed civillians and police personnel mercilessly a few decades ago.

Even the new generation of the communists are still trying to provoke another racial clash if we see the trend of what happened before, they are trying to repeat what they had done before by putting the Malays down to the lowest level to provoke them.

What goes around comes around. And you reap what you sow. Remember karma because what you do to others, especially bad things will come back to haunt you sooner or later.

Keling or snake, which one would you hit first?

Housewife found bludgeoned to death, man detained

SUNGAI PETANI: A man who reported to police that his wife died in a fall at their house in Taman Sejati Indah this morning, has been detained to facilitate investigations into her murder.

When a police team arrived at the couple's home in Jalan Indah 6 to investigate the report, it found the body of housewife K. Magapugie, 33, in the living room and covered with a cloth.

Initial investigations revealed she was bludgeoned to death.

Magapugie had sustained blows to the head, consistent to having been struck with a heavy object during a quarrel with a man about 5am.

State criminal investigation department chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zakaria Ahmad believed the 23-year-old suspect could shed light on the murder.

He said the police had earlier received a report about 9am, that Magapugie died after she had lost her balance and fallen at the house.

"Following investigations, we found injuries to the woman's head and several bruises on the body," he said when met by reporters at the house.

He said the body was sent to the Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital in Sungai Petani.

This is what I mean when I say Indians of the pariah caste loves to beat up their wives or even to the extend of killing their wives.

In India, Indians still burn their wives if they do not get the dowry they asked for.

This mother fucker should be sent to the gallow for beating up his wife and tried to cover it up by lying that his wife died in a fall.

Maybe a fall resulted after she was beaten up so bad by this crazy pariah.

Ladies. I advice you to avoid marrying a pariah at all cost. This is because one of my relatives married a pariah too, and he is that crazy too.

Even after converting to Islam. It's because they think that they are the greatest in the world and women are their slaves. Fuck you!

I hate pariahs. Especially the ones in Human Rights Party and Hindraf who are the agents of the foreign country to blacken our nation's good name.

We cannot allow pariahs to reign terror in this country because this is not India.

If they rampage in an illegal demonstration, just haul them up in the I.S.A. That is what I will do if I am the Minister of Home Affairs.

The Minister of Home Affairs should be tough and not be a chicken! It's because the lives of the majority is at stake here, not the minority who are so bent on creating havoc in our country.

Have some balls okay? Don't leave your balls at home.

Oh yeah! Another reminded. Remember that the keling are the ones who put poison in the wells in Malacca that caused Malacca to be lost to the Portuguese long time ago.

So beware of them! They are pretentious and dangerous. Better safe than sorry.

Criminals should be treated as one!

Looks like this hard-core sodomiser who loves to fuck pretty boys butt is trying to gain sympathy for himself when he makes up sob stories that he was treated like Botak Chin.

“I was asked to remove my underwear so that they could measure my private parts and length of pubic hair. It was degrading,” he said, adding that the medical personnel also wanted to swab his anus with cotton buds.

When you raped someone in the butt, and that goes for fucking males who rapes women as well, you will get the treatment that you had treated your victim.

If you don't want to go through that humiliating experience as you put it, don't go raping boys butt in the first place.

When cross-examined by Solicitor-General II Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden, Anwar said: “No normal person is treated this way… not told the offence and dragged like an al-Qaeda agent.”

“I was treated like Botak Chin,” he said, but denied that he was physically abused by the police when quizzed by the prosecution.

Yada! Yada! Yada! Boring! No one will ever admit to his mistakes. For instance, will a robber, who had been caught red-handed by the authorities in the midst of his crime will admit to his crime???

The answer is NO!!! No robber, no snatch thieves, no rapist, heck no sodomiser who is in their right mind will ever admit to their crime even when they had been caught red-handed by the authorities.

Even crazy people like Anwar Al Juburi will not admit to their craziness.

Even if their picture had been caught by CCTV, they will make up sob-stories or deny that it was them. So, is there a doppelganger out there who looks like Anwar Al Juburi that we
are not aware of? If there is, BEWARE!

You pretty boys should be a millions time more careful if there is an Anwar Al Juburi doppelganger. Because this doppelganger will go on a sodomising spree and no one will be spared!

I surely hope this sodomy case won't be dragged until the day Anwar Al Juburi is dead.

One more thing. Criminals should be treated to a 5 star hotel treatment. That will happen when Pakatan Rakyat admister Malaysia where Malaysia will then be a heaven on earth for criminals.

Heck! Wanted criminals pursued by Interpol. Come here! Anwar Al Juburi will defend you from them.

Donate to Islamic Relief Fund

Yahya related that Malik heard al-Ala ibn Abd ar-Rahman say, "Sadaqa does not decrease property, and Allah only increases a slave in worth for his restraint, and no slave is humble but that Allah raises him." Malik said, "I do not know whether this hadith goes back to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, or not."

It is better for us to donate to the Islamic Relief Malaysia (IRM) to help our Muslim brothers and sisters in the Middle East whose country are now in chaos.

That is a million times better than donating to PAS who will be whom they usually are. PAS leaders will surely make the donation funds they collected disappear at the blink of the eye.

Islamic Relief launches aid fund

KUALA LUMPUR: Islamic Relief Malaysia (IRM) launched its Middle East and North Africa (Mena) emergency appeal at its office in Seri Kembangan near here, yesterday.

Recent events in the Middle East and North Africa have spurred IRM to secure humanitarian aid for civilians in strife-torn countries such as Libya, Tunisia, and Egypt.

"We have deployed a team at the border between Egypt and Libya to assess the situation there and coordinate our efforts," said IRM director Zairulshahfuddin Zainal Abidin.

He added that despite its name, the organisation does not help Muslims only, but provides aid to all who need it, regardless of race, gender or religion.

Mena's funds will be channeled to provide medical services, food packs and emergency shelters. The organisation also plans to set up transit camps at the border, offering refugees a place to rest and make emergency phone calls.

"In Libya alone there are at least 100,000 civilians who require humanitarian aid, so we hope generous Malaysians will lend a helping hand."

Those who wish to donate can bank in their contributions to "Islamic Relief Malaysia" at account no: 5621 4270 8704 (Maybank) or 1259 0000 804 058 (CIMB).

For further information, visit www.irm.org.my or call 03-894 86334.

Donating to help our brothers and sisters in need, even though with a small amount will be good for us since Islam also asked its followers to donate and contribute alms for the needy.

Narrated Abu Huraira Allah's Apostle said, "If one give in charity what equals one date-fruit fro the honestly-earned money and Allah accepts only the honestly earned money --Allah takes it in His right (hand) ar then enlarges its reward for that person (who has given it), as anyone of you brings up his baby horse, so much s that it becomes as big as a mountain.

Mastering English will open doors of opportunities

Headhunters agree with Dr M

PETALING JAYA: Headhunters are in agreement with Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad that mastering English will not make Malaysians less patriotic.

Recruitment consultants said Malaysians will lose out in the global commerce game if the nation’s education system fails to emphasise English.

“We agree totally that mastering English will not make Malaysians less patriotic. In fact, it should be the reverse.

“It gives Malaysians the opportunity to extol the many good things about the country in more than one language,” said Malcolm Poole, director of multinational headhunter agency MRI Network Sdn Bhd.

Poole added that more multinational companies are basing their regional operations here.

“Hence, the ability to follow technical and scientific publications in English is essential,” he said.

Consulting director of Career Builders Consulting Sdn Bhd Gopalan Nair said even though Bahasa Malaysia has been accepted as a unifying language that promotes nation building, English is important for commerce in a globalised world.

“We should not shy away from it,” said Gopalan.

Kelly Services managing director Melissa Norman described limited proficiency in English as highly detrimental and a handicap in business.

“Mastering another language does not make anyone less patriotic. On the contrary, it helps to widen one’s global perspective and strengthens personal development,” she said.

The headhunters were responding to Dr Mahathir’s statement in The Star on Monday that learning Science and Mathematics in English does not make Malaysians less patriotic.

The Internet and globalisation propogated by the developed nation who once had been colonizers of various nations, opens up doors of opportunities where anyone who have the skills and abilities to master English will have the upper hand compared to others who can only master one language.

It is so ridiculous and laughable to equate mastering English with being less than patriotic towards our nation. Personally for me, if I can have my way, I would master French, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin and many more.

Language is the key to knowledge. Mastering languages will mean that you will be able to be more knowledgeable because you can read in various languages and gain more information about matters of your interest.

For instance, our colonial masters were British and if our leaders who had fought hard to gain sovereignty of Tanah Melayu, now known as MALAYsia after its independance, had not known how to communicate in English and can only communicate in Malay, how can they secure Malaysia's independance then?

Only donkeys or brainless fools will think that because they are petty-minded and cannot converse well, what more to write or read in English because they do not understand heads or tails of any English article or any reference books in the university which are mostly in English.

Therefore, they will feel threatened and will criticise anyone who are far better than them because they are losers who will never do anything to upgrade themselves or motivate themselves to be better than who they are now.

They feel good when they belittle others because they are actually little or of no significance.

Therefore, to hell with all the detractors and let us move forward so that we will be better than those who are wasting their time whining when they could have just read and learn to make themselves better than others.

Don't be jealous of other races that are successful because they are not like you. They work hard and don't waste time whining like a baby and finding excuses to waste time becoming a Mat Rempit or Mat Ganja!

For instance, if a Malay can only master the Malay language, and only gets credit for it in SPM and only pass the English language, how can they compete with someone from the Chinese or Indian or Eurasion race who can master at least two or three languages; Malay, English, Mandarin or Tamil?

In the globalised world, the one who are better than others will move ahead and you who are not well-equipped will be left behind.

So, change and be prepared to work as hard as the Chinese instead of complaining when the problem is yourself who are lazy.
