Veteran journalist Shamsul Akmar, in a statement Thursday on behalf of the Malaysian delegation, said: "Glad to hear about the release of fellow Malaysians, although we are concerned that they were not treated well.
"Hope we don't have to go through the same ordeal but that choice is not ours. We are prepared to face whatever situation that awaits us. We are determined to go ahead and carry on with this mission.
"Hopefully, with international pressure and backing from the various governments, we will be able to go further and be given safe passage to Gaza. Everyone on board is in high spirits," he added.
Now, MV Rachel Corrie is the only ship on the international freedom flotilla on its way towards Gaza.
No matter what we do, or how the world will plead to Israel to allow the delivery of the humanitarian aid to Gaza, I am sure, that the Israeli terrorist will be adamant in not allowing any humanitarian aid to be delivered to Gaza.
Israel is the world's BIGGEST TERRORIST and the world should acknowledge that and not just point out that Muslims are terrorist. Muslims are not terrorist because they are only reacting to the cruelty of the terrorist act of Israel on them.
The Muslims are being terrorised by the Jews to the extend that they have to be suicide bombers just to get back at the aggressor. Although Islam does not condone that act, but the desperate act proves that they have no other way to react.

Blatant lies by Israel PM
Netanyahu said they successfully vetted the first five ships in the convoy, but the sixth and largest ship didn't co-operate ‹and "deliberately attacked" Israeli troops.
"They were mobbed, they were clubbed, they were beaten, stabbed, it was even reported there was gunfire," he said. "Our soldiers had to defend themselves, defend their lives, or they would be killed.
"Regrettably in this exchange, at least 10 people died. We regret this loss of life. We regret any of the violence that was there."

Does the video below show that the humanitarian volunteers have any weapons to attack the Israel Navy that stormed their ships? If that were true, I wonder why 14 volunteers was killed and none of the Israel navy was hurt in the process.

I did not expect Israel to act in such a way because we were civilians on board but were subjected to military action,” he reported live over the private television station from Jordan where he and 11 other Malaysians had arrived safely yesterday.
Astro Awani reporter Ashwad Ismail recalled the horrifying experiences on the assignment to cover a convoy of six vessels delivering aid to 100,000 Palestinians.
On behalf of the group, Noor Azman recounted Monday's attack to those present, saying that Israel's version of events was pure fabrication.
He dismissed Israel's assertion that those on board the ship were bent on violence.
"How can this be when among them were a two-and-a-half-month-old baby and those aged above 80. Nobody will bring a baby along if their intention is to terrorise other people," Noor Azman said.
