Police to use all available laws to prevent July 9 demonstrations

KUALA LUMPUR: Police have warned that they will use all available laws to prevent the July 9 rallies, saying they have information that foreign elements were out to create chaos.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar issued the warning to groups who planned to defy police orders, regardless of their political affiliations, from holding the rallies.

“Intelligence gathered has revealed attempts by certain quarters, including foreign elements, attempting to seize the opportunity and exploit the situation.

“There is a possibility that should the rally proceed, it could create chaos, destruction to property, injuries and even the possibility of loss of lives,” he told a press conference at Bukit Aman yesterday.

Ismail said there were certain groups openly and secretly planning to gather thousands of people to create chaos by instigating public participation in illegal assemblies.

He said police have arrested 101 people nationwide for allegedly inciting the public to join the rallies.

He said 45 of them were still being detained, adding that 1,830 reports had been lodged by the public opposing the rallies.

Ismail said that if such a situation was not arrested immediately, it could pose a public order situation as well as a threat to national security.

“The police force will not allow any individual or parties to take advantage and create chaos or anarchy.

“We will take stern action within the confines of the law against anyone or party that plans to organise or participate in illegal gatherings,” he said.

Ismail said police would continue to take action against those distributing leaflets, T-shirts or any other method to incite the public into participating in the illegal rallies.

“Action will be taken against anyone found wearing the yellow attire, or driving cars, and buses with the Bersih 2.0 logo to incite people to attend the rallies,” he said.

Meanwhile, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said action would be taken against the Umno Youth members who surrounded the PKR headquarters on Monday and allegedly threatened to burn down the office.

“I told the police to treat them as with Bersih. Nobody is above the law,” he said.

He said T-shirts with messages in support of Bersih have been outlawed because they were related to an illegal assembly.

“The Bersih T-shirt is related to an illegal assembly, then whatever they are wearing is illegal,” he told a press conference here yesterday.

Hishammuddin dismissed claims that the police arrests of those supporting the July 9 march for electoral reforms were politically-motivated. can also ask the same thing of them,” he said.

I miss the time when our country had a dictator. Although many from the opposition despise that dictator, me on the other hand, adore that dictator to bits.

Personally I think that leaders should have balls and should act accordingly even though many might criticise him.

If you don't have any balls to act whenever you are supposed to, then what the hell are you doing there in that position?

For you, you might hate the dictator because that dictator will not allow any traitors or subversive acts to threaten the national security. For me, that is what that should be done.

If those motherf***ers in BerSHIT cannot follow the laws of the country, then arrest them and charge them for threatening the national security and put them under lockdown.

If they cannot understand a simple warning, then the government must proof that they mean business by taking ACTION!

Do you know what ACTION is? It's some reaction due to some action by others who cannot adhere to WARNING!

The Newton's law of motion said that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

So, when can I expect to see a new dictator in Malaysia since I am sure if the communists rule Malaysia, they will be worst dictators!

Politicians are hypocritical

On the 28th of June 2011, Datuk Ibrahim Ali, Perkasa leader had turned up at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters to have his statement to be recorded for about 2 hours with a probe under the Sedition Act for the alleged statement he made against Malaysian Chinese in addition to a rally that is planned to oppose the illegal Bersih 2.0.

Meanwhile, Anwar Ibrahim, the Pakatan Rakyat leader and Khairy Jamalluddin, the Umno Youth chief are among a dozen people that is expected to be called up by the police to have their statements recorded over the rallies planned for 9th July by Bersih 2.0, Perkasa and Umno Youth.

Bersih 2.0 chairman Ambiga Sreenevasan arrived with her lawyers N. Surendran, Fadaih Nadwa Fikri and several supporters. Ambiga is a lawyer, so surely she knew how to manipulate the law to side with her. Lawyers have always been known to explicate criminals from their criminal charges on the defense of technicality.

Just like what Karpal Singh had done when he :

1. On 22-10-1997 Parliamentary session, YB Karpal Singh accused the then Deputy PM, YB Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, was involved in sodomy.

2. Sometime in the early part of 1998, YB Karpal Singh proudly proclaimed in the DAP Ceramah in the Federal Hotel that he had evidence in his hand that the then Deputy PM was involved in sodomy.

But now, proving himself a first class hypocrite, he became Anwar's defence attorney because of the political pact of Pakatan Rakyat where PAS, PKR and DAP are joined together with a sole aim of bringing down Barisan Nasional.

This means that he does not have any honour at all and will do whatever it takes to defend someone that he had accused of being a homosexual and indulges in sodomy.

As Anwar Ibrahim had been jailed for bribery and sodomy, siding with him means that the opposition pact approves of his wrong doings and criminal acts.

Inciting people to go for illegal demonstrations for the Bersih 2.0 is a pure criminal act and should be charged for incitement of rioting. The Election Commission had opened their doors to Bersih for a peaceful discussion but Bersih chooses to go for an illegal demonstration in the streets.

This is a blatant prove that Bersih had a hidden agenda to create chaos in the country and it is not to ask for a free and fair election because if the elections are not free and fair, do you honestly think that the opposition could have wrestle 5 states from Barisan Nasional?

Not only people will be afraid to go out to the city that day which happens to be the weekend, shop owners have to close up their shops in case rioting occurs and profits from their business will dip.

Taxi drivers will lose their customers and the country will lose money from the tourism industry because tourists will be afraid to come to Malaysia in July because they are anticipating chaos because of the riot that could occur on that day.

So, everyone loses out and the minority in Bersih wins because they are traitors who had been incited by the number one traitor of this country, Anwar Ibrahim, the CIA agent who turns out to be the most foolish one ever recruited by CIA since his cover is blown.

Tapper charged with biting wife during sex

KUANTAN: A rubber tapper claimed trial at a Sessions Court here to a charge of hurting his wife by allegedly biting her private parts.

Mohd Shakri Ismail, 28, is charged with causing injury to his wife Roshapida Mat Sidik, 23, while trying to have sex with her at their home at Felda Bukit Goh here between 12am and 3.30am on April 21.

If convicted, he could be jailed up to five years.

Mohd Shakri, who was unrepresented, told Sessions judge Noradidah Ahmad that he never hurt his wife.

Noradidah then asked him why there were bite marks on Roshapida's genitals.

Mohd Shakri did not answer the question and pleaded not guilty.

Noradidah fixed bail at RM7,000 and set July 25 for mention.

Roshapida Mat Sidik should sue her husband for damages and ask for a divorce. Well, men can definitely be bastards and surely a woman does not have to endure physical abuse from her husband.

Why would any bastard would want to hurt his wife? Rather than doing that, you should go abuse a hooker.

Lorena Bobbitt's Unforgettable Story

In the early '90s, a young couple from Virginia was involved in a story that many people will never forget. In June 1993, 24-year-old Lorena Bobbitt became known as the woman who cut off her husband's penis with a carving knife.

On the night of the infamous assault, Lorena says her husband, John Wayne Bobbitt, came home drunk and sexually assaulted her, a charge he denied and was acquitted of.

Later that night, Lorena went into the kitchen, picked up a knife and returned to the bedroom to cut off her sleeping husband's penis. Then, she got into her car and started driving. Somewhere along the dark highway, she rolled down the window and threw his penis onto the side of the road. Hours later, a search team found the severed penis, and surgeons were able to reattach it.

However, I have to praise Wan Azizah for being so patient with Anwar Ibrahim even though he had humiliated over and over with his affairs with pretty young things.

Only a real tough woman can deal with her husband's infidelity. Since her husband had been so unabashed about his sexual liaissons, Wan Azizah had proven that she is as shameless as he is.

That what makes them a powerful couple because his wife can endure his adultery with a smiling face. I bet all men wished to have a wife just like Wan Azizah. I wish I have one too so that I can go on a f**king spree without getting scolded by my wife.

A person has only so much patience. When her patience had been bottled up until the limit, it is only time when it explodes. And I am sure the explosion won't be good for Anwar Ibrahim.

The same goes to trying the patience of the Malays. If you want to feel the wrath of an 'amuk' of a Malay towards the communist, just bring it on! I dare you!

A flying cleaver finding its ultra kiasu victims could well be the best solution to problems. If that's what you are asking, that's what you'll be getting because you may get what you ask for sooner than later!

The world would be a much better place without ultra-kiasus, pariahs and communists.

On the 23rd of June 2011, there had been news reports about the death threat that had been received by Ambiga, the Coalition for Free and Fair Elections (Bersih) chief.

After lodging a police report at the Jalan Travers police station, Ambiga told reporters that she had lodged a police report and is confident that the police willl trace the sender as they have the means to find out.

I thought the opposition and their NGOs who are inclined towards the opposition are so antagonistic towards the police force as if the police are infected with leprosy or they are the public enemy.

So now, why does Ambiga swagger to make a police report when they always condemned the police previously?

Meanwhile, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein also said that he himself get death threats too but in the case of Bersih, this particular threat have to be taken more seriously.

However, I am unsure of whether this death threat is genuine or just a role play by Ambiga since Anwar Ibrahim in 2008 too had claimed that he received death threats after Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan lodged a report that he had been sodomised by Anwar Ibrahim. I am sure Ambiga is only following his lead.

Anwar Ibrahim had been so scared or just acting scared that he had to seek refuge at the Turkish Embassy. But thank goodness, that until today, Anwar Ibrahim is still alive and well. Thanks to the CIA agents that had been looking after his safety.

Surely some hidden hand had been conspiring with Anwar Ibrahim to help keep Anwar safe from those he accused of conspiring to bring him down or wanting to end his life as he alleged

What is so amazing is that until today, the police had not been able to capture the alleged person whom Anwar said wanted to kill him. And Anwar is now free to go anywhere and do not have to seek sanctuary from the Turkish Embassy anymore.

The question is why did he have to hide in the Turkish Embassy in the first place? Is there any special relationship that Anwar has with someone in the Turkish Embassy? What is so extraordinary about the Turkish Embassy? I will be grateful to anyone who can answer any of my questions! ;-)

Maybe anyone who knows something that me and the rest of us don't, would be able to share their knowledge with us to shed some light on this perplexing matter.

Surely Ambiga can go and seek asylum at the Turkish Embassy as well since Anwar had such good contacts there. Anwar can just pick up the phone and ask for the Turkish delights in the Turkish Embassy to help Ambiga too.

Enjoy a stress free life in jail

MoHE not responsible for students involved in illegal rallies abroad

KUALA LUMPUR: The Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE)will not be responsible nor guarantee Malaysian students should they be detained for holding illegal rallies abroad.

Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin was however confident that it would not happen as it was not easy for students in foreign countries to get such permission.

"They can't simply hold rallies as students are subjected to laws in the respective countries," he said when asked about posting in some blogs and portals that Malaysian students abroad will hold simultaneous rallies on July 9.

Khaled said it was improper for students to hold or join illegal rallies as it would not yield results.

Moreover, the students would be used for the benefit of certain parties.

"Students involved in illegal rallies will have to face the law. For example, they will be arrested if they were to assemble in Singapore or Egypt."

Asked whether students involved in rallies would be recalled or have their sponsorship withdrawn, Khaled it was up to the sponsors to take action.

"We will not intervene because sponsorship does not come under the ministry," he added. -- BERNAMA

The Malaysian students locally or overseas should carry-the can if they are being arrested for being involved in illegal rallies in Malaysia or abroad.

Anyone should be brave to face the consequences of their action. Since you are so brave to join the illegal demonstration, please do not whine when you are arrested for breaking the law.

Besides, if you are unintelligent and feel that your studies are making your head explode, this is a good time to rest in jail. Therefore, I am encouraging you guys to join the illegal rally. Just go ahead!

The government should also withdraw the scholarships and education loans of those students apprehended in the illegal rally. A lesson must be given to those witty students.

We are a civilised country and surely in any civilised countries, there are laws and regulation that must be followed by every citizen in that country. Even the civilised USA have the Patriot Act.

So, do not criticise us when you have a more barbarous law. You are only doing it to safeguard America from terrorists and Malaysia is doing it to safeguard the majority of the people from chaos.

At least, we do not torture those caught in Guantanamo Bay. And those released from I.S.A. turns out to be plumper than before they were out of jail. So, those who thinks that they want to rest in jail and get 3 free meals a day, just join the Bersih rally. I am sure you will experience a more stress free life in jail.

Just look at Anwar Ibrahim. He is well rested enough that he can screw a "China Doll" with so much gusto.

The human rights of the majority is at stake and more important than that of the minority who wants to seize the power from the rightful government via using a violent way by creating chaos in the country.

I too am looking forward to be caught and resting in jail for some jolly good time when I join Perkasa in the rally which had been told not being given the police permit.

But before I am being dragged to jail, I do have to bash open some head until the brains spill out. I am so looking forward to it and will hit people gleefully.

Don't be a goat

It's a bit ironic when the 30 members of Parti Sosialis Malaysia which had been apprehended by the authorities where caught with red t-shirts, bearing pictures of past Parti Komunis Malaya (PKM) leaders including Chin Peng, Abdullah CD, Rashid Maidin and Suriani Abdullah were found with them.

Hence, the denial by PSM secretary-general, S. Arutchelvan about the use of Section 122 of the Penal Code for waging war against the King by its 30 members who had been arrested in Penang is a just move.

If those people weren't involved with communism, why would they be with those items which once and for all prove that they are communists? And why make a lame excuse of the authorities are only making them scapegoats for the illegal rally planned by Bersih 2.0?

If you are not a goat, then don't act like one.

The arrest was not planned but those PSM members were the ones who are planning to jeopardise the national security of the nation.

Surely motherfuckers who are out to create chaos in our beloved country who had been peaceful are the pawn by unseen hands who would so love to see this country to be in chaos or suffer another racial riot just like the 13th May 1969 riot???

Meanwhile. the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) had proven themselves to be goats as well.

Surely it is the right of the people to assemble and to express their views in a peaceful manner. But we had seen what had happened during the first illegal rally of Bersih 1.0 and surely what had occured then, will happen again this coming 9th July 2011.

If it's the Bersih's goats rights to assemble peacefully, then Perkasa and Pemuda UMNO has the right to assemble peacefully as well, doesn't they?

The main funding for the proposed rally had been reported to be from foreign NGOs which means this is clearly the work of hidden hands so that chaos will ensue so that what had happened in Libya will occur here as well.

NATO will then come in with the make-believe reason of liberating Malaysians from the chaos that had happened.

Since the goats are so determine to rally, people who loves to eat goat meat can rally too because goat meat taste so good when they are cooked!

Be prepared to face the consequences

Bernama reported that 16 men had been arrested around Shah Alam, Gombak, Klang North and the latest arrest involving 8 people who were arrested in Taman Kosas in Ampang.

In total, 16 men believed to be inciting the public to join the illegal assembly that will be held on 9th July by Bersih.

All those arrested were detained under Section 27 (5) of the Police Act for organising an illegal assembly, were later released on police bail, Datuk Tun Hisan Tun Hamzah, Selangor police chief informed.

Reporters were informed that among the incitements were wearing and selling yellow T-shirts.

The public had been warned not to attend the illegal assembly as it would jeopardise the safety of the public and will cause traffic congestion.

Meanwhile, the illegal assembly planned by Bersih this 9th July had raised concerns of the Home Minister, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein who said that it has a hidden agenda.

He also said that the police had been instructed to discharge their duties professionally since the development was evident of late and could jeopardise peace and lead to chaos in the country.

Throughout the country, 30 individuals had been arrested over the planned assembly in Penang and Johor.

On Saturday, 31 people were arrested after Penang police found 28 T-shirts with images of the banned PKM leaders and PSM and flyers that called on the people to bring change to national politics on a bus they were travelling in.

PSM general secretary S. Arutchelvan clarified that their Udahlah tu...Bersaralah!! flyers were meant for their roadshow as a run up for the coming election and had nothing to do with Bersih 2.0.

I don't believe a damn thing that is uttered by that pariah because even the Malay saying said "Jika jumpa keling dan ular, jangan dipukul ular, pukul keling tu dulu".

If the saying does not have some truths in it due to the past experiences of those who had been stabbed in the back by a pariah, surely it would not arise.
